We hereby notify our cherished customers, distributors, suppliers, and the general public that effective April 01, 2024, our company name changed from Verma's Construction to Verma's Corporation and as such, our Company should be referred to as VERMA'S CORPORATION doing business under the name/s and style/s of VERMA'S CONSTRUCTION and VERMA'S HARDWARE.

This name change is a transition of business type from a Sole-Proprietorship (Verma's Construction) to a Corporation (Verma's Corporation). The said Corporation has two types of trade, Verma's Construction and Verma's Hardware.

Kindly note that this name change has NO IMPACT on Verma's Construction operations, existing contractual arrangements, products, and services. Verma's Corporation identity, address, contact information and all other corporate details also remain the same.
