Today we have opportunity to talk our COPatid Beneficiary Mr. Renante Derder of Poblacion, Lapu-Lapu City . According to him for his 6 months of selling COPatid products (Dish washing Liquid, Fabric conditioner and toilet bowl cleaner) makes him pay his bills, giving him a purpose in life by selling soap and at the same time as a barangay tanod in his barangay.

LCPO COPatid program aims to improve the welfare of the Anti-Illegal Drug Advocates (AIDA) by giving them income generating products or livelihood program for them to sustain and to stay away from illegal drugs.

LCPO COPatid Beneficiary in KADIWA CARAVAN
This event serves as a platform for agencies and individuals to sell and introduce their products to the public, while also giving the COPatid candidates a chance to reach a wider market for their own products.
The main objective of this initiative is to empower the candidates and understand their needs in order to support their families. By promoting entrepreneurship and economic opportunities, the collaborative activity aims to restore hope, dignity, and purpose to those who were previously involved in drug selling. The ultimate goal is to transform lives and uplift communities by addressing the root causes of drug selling and providing education and job opportunities through the COPatid Program.

A total of twenty (20) Anti Illegal Drug Advocates (AIDA) and LCPO COPatid Program Beneficiaries attended the Drug Test to ensure the credibility and integrity of our advocates, it is essential to demonstrate that they are not involved in any illicit activities.
this initiatives will serve as a deterrent to potential drug users within our community who might be considering joining the advocacy programs.

The LapuLapu City Mayor, Honorable Junard Ahong Chan, along with the LapuLapu City Police Office, organized a collaborative event spearheaded by DILG and office of the Mayor to showcase the finished products of the candidates of the COPatid program, our Anti Illegal Drugs Advocates (AIDA). COPatid program of LCPO initiated a Soap Making Workshop to the chosen beneficiaries headed by PLTCOL FORTUNATO JUN ECLE, DCDA, and Acting Chief CCADU PMAJ KAREN BANCOLETA under the supervision of PCOL ELMER S LIM, City Director.
This activity aims to develop the skills of the chosen beneficiaries to make their own living and ventures in terms of making soap, dishwashing liquid, detergent powder, fabric conditioner and rub scent. It also give them an opportunity to be part of the progressing community and be better as a household contributing for the betterment of the city.
