MINDFUL YOGA FAQ

For the benefit of our new students, below are the guidelines and reminders for all:

1. Daily class schedules are posted on or before 4pm a day prior.
2. Cut-off for morning class reservations is 10 pm the night prior.
2. Cut-off for afternoon class reservations is 2 pm.
3. We encourage our students to purchase the class cards as we have a “No walk-in Policy”.
4. Non-card holders are required to pay the per session fee of 250 prior to reserving a class. (Gcash no 09199902813- Joan P) If you wish to pay in cash, you may do so in advance. You can only reserve once payment has been made.
5. Cancellation of reservation is strictly AT LEAST 2 hours before the start of the class.
6. Late cancellation for card holders and unlimited: minus one day. Non-card holders, full charge of one session (meaning the payment made for the class you reserved is considered consumed).

In Yoga Sutra 2.46, “sthira sukham asanam” is defined as “the posture for meditation should be steady, stable, and comfortable.” The word “sthira” translates to steady, stable or still.
