This September, the Film Development Council of the Philippines (FDCP) continues to celebrate the Philippine Film Industry Month (PFIM).

CELEBRATING 105 YEARS OF PHILIPPINE CINEMA🎥 On September 12, 1919, history was made with the premiere of "Dalagang Bukid," the first Filipino-directed and produced feature film by José Nepomuceno. This marked the birth of Philippine cinema.

This September, the Film Development Council of the Philippines (FDCP) continues to celebrate this rich legacy through the Philippine Film Industry Month (PFIM). Join us in honoring 105 years of Filipino culture and storytelling.

A week has passed, yet our hearts are still filled with joy and gratitude to everyone who joined us for the first collaboration between Timog Pelikula and Bighani Adventures, in partnership with DAKILA and Active Vista.

One night in the heart of the forest as we collectively witnessed the story of Delikado Film, followed by a meaningful exchange of opinions and discourse. Everyone marveled at the inherent beauty of our nature, whether atop a mountain or beneath the sea.

Once more, we've formed new experiences and bonds, undoubtedly leaving a mark in our hearts and minds. Another successful gathering fueled by a shared passion: FILM.
