Capable of coding for both the front and back ends of a website.

QUALIFICATIONS:
*Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
*With atleast 1 year relevant experience in Software development.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
*Proficient in front-end languages, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript and TypeScript
*Proficient in JavaScript frameworks and libraries, such as Angular and/or React.js
*Expertise with databases like SQL Server and MongoDB
-Strong understanding of the SOLID PRINCIPLE
-Familiar with project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
-Experience using Git as a version control system
-Using React Native or the Ionic Framework for developing mobile applications is a plus

A help desk technician provides technical support and assistance with computer systems, hardware, and software over the phone, in person, or remotely. Must be patient and friendly when dealing with even the most difficult clients and agents . IT Support may be required to perform extra hours and must be flexible based on the nature of the job.
Helpdesk Duties & Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the co-Employees for technical issues
Support users from various departments (Customer Service, Accounting, HR, Admin) on technical issues involving software, MS application, email and internet
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Use problem solving skills to troubleshoot, diagnose root cause, and resolve basic technical issues
Utilize in-house ticketing system to log issues and monitor their resolution
Conduct troubleshooting via remote access as needed
Analyzing and monitoring the performance of systems
Creating and maintaining documentation and tutorials
Helpdesk Requirements:
BS in IT, Computer Science or similar relevant field not required but a plus
In-depth knowledge of computer systems and mobile devices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work as a team member as well as independently.
Able to work with less or minimal supervision
Experience in remote Helpdesk troubleshooting
Knowledgeable in Basic Computer Hardware and Software Troubleshooting
Average to above average English language skills
