About 7 years back, our Waxwing Road Project at Camella Woodhills allowed us to tap on creativity and resourcefulness to arrive at several design ideas for the limited available space.

Resourcefulness and Creativity are the true offsprings of scarcity. As in the case of Suite 3005 at Sun Residences, space is rather limited; but this also allowed us to do much more than typically designing, to thoughtfully creating.

We have come to realize, through our years of designing and building, that space is a tricky asset, however big, small, or odd; in that it requires patiemce, mastery, wit and imagination.

Re-posting one of our recent MODERN TROPICAL projects at Verdana Homes, Mamplasan.

What's so special about this tropical home is that we designed and built it for dear friends, who are also a most kind, patient and generous clients that we have been blessed to work with.

The open, free flow of spaces and functions, are yet again one of the best features of this new home. A generous amount of daylight enters the indoor spaces through well-placed windows. Wood, stone, white paint and glass are materials and themes used throughout the building façade and interiors.

The fan-shaped lot was a challenge, but it brought with it unique spaces that welcomed breeze and allowed pockets of open landscaped and utility spaces that complemented the overall functions of the household.

are the truest expression of minimalism. "Living tiny" is a life choice which requires huge sacrifices, but with manifold benefits in terms of living more sustainably by physically reducing one's "carbon footprint."

As in the case of Lorenzo's Sanctuary, that is geared towards sustainable food consumption through a farm-to-table approach of consuming food; and with their dictum, "ALL THINGS GROW WITH LOVE," everything about Lorenzo's "tiny home" was fitted, only with what the family needs and that which "spark joy" to each and every member.
