A gift from god & nature. This organic fruits are basically harvested inside and just around our neighborhood. Our aunts also owned some of this fruit bearing trees and generously shared to us. Life is beautiful in the province.

Halaan is very rich in iodine. Tara makaraon na kita.

Spicy Gising-Gising for lunch. A native veggie called “ Puro Pagulong” in Bicolandia or Sigarilyas in ka Tagalogan. Little stars formed when this veggie was sliced. Makaraon na kita.

Good morning Bicol,Pinangat na apay or Laing na Gabi for lunch.Pinangat is made of taro leaves with pork belly or dried fish inside and wrapped. Mari na ta makakan kita .
