With the robust growth in the tourism industry, I am excited to share that we have another monumental project in the works, our first resort and recreational center in Malilipot, Albay. Our first resort project in the Philippines, The project will be located inside the 4 hectare lot in Malilipot.
Developed with sustainability in mind, the key features of the resort are its first-class amenities with environment-friendly features and modern techology. The entire area will also be a eco-friendly community with facilities for hikers.
We hope this upcoming leisure development will further increase tourism and also create more job opportunities in the beautiful municipality of Malilipot.

The privilege to design this kind of project is a great opportunity for me as an Architect. I am blessed and thankful for this once in a lifetime chance.

Little Nazareth (Home for the Homeless) located at Purok 1 San Ramon, Daraga – Albay.
The people who have no shelter to live cannot draw a clear picture for the realities faced by these people in different areas across Albay. These people are among vulnerable due to their current situation. These people face insecurity and unable to access basic services. Others live in the open with no shelter or protection.
Those people who have no shelter are among the most vulnerable groups and they are badly in need for shelters which protects them against the sun and rain and allow them to live in dignity.
This design will conceptualise to build a shelter for this special people. This I hope will help reduce their suffering and allow them to live a dignity life.
