SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 PM today, the center of the eye of Typhoon "MARCE" {YINXING} was estimated based on all available data at 285 km East of Aparri, Cagayan (18.0°N, 124.3°E) with maximum sustained winds of 150 km/h and gustiness of up to 185 km/h. It is moving Westward slowly.
