This Groundbreaking Ceremony is not just the beginning of a new project; it’s the culmination of years of planning, dedication, and hard work by many special people, with our RIAKA team, and most especially to our dear client Mr. And Mrs. Buddy and Josie Skelton ❤️

Over the past four years, we’ve faced challenges, delays, and uncertainties. But through it all, we never lost sight of our vision for this wonderful house of yours!
