Aduna na kini usa ka cottage ug basurahan nga gitukod para magpadayun ang kahinlo ug hapsay na pagpangaligo.

Kinasing-kasing nga nagapasalamaton ang atoang SK officials sa mga nitambong arun pagsuporta sa maong kalihokan.

We the SK officials of Barangay Ban-as, are grateful for the invitation to join the Sr Santo Niño Festival celebration in sitio Tindugan Ban-as. We would like to thank the SK officials of Baranggay Ban-as, especially SK chairman Welvhin Pedrozo, for their efforts, initiatives, and cooperations that made the festival possible and successful we would like to thank also the Baranggay officials with their support. We enjoyed the party, the parlor games, intermission, and the feast, as well as the fellowship and camaraderie with our fellow youth leaders and devotees. We also felt the presence and blessings of the Holy Child Jesus, who inspires us to serve and love our community. Viva Pit Señor! Mabuhay Tindugan!💚

The SK officials of Barangay Ban-as participated in the LIMPYO POBLACION program on January 14, 2024, together with the Organization of LAMBO and the DENR Cenro. The SK officials expressed their gratitude for the opportunity to join the environmental protection activities. The SK officials also pledged their commitment to continue supporting the LIMPYO POBLACION program and other initiatives that aim to conserve and improve the environment.

The SK Treasurer and SK Secretary of Baranggay Ban-as, are proud to announce that they have completed the Sanguniang Kabataan Mandatory Training, as required by the SK Reform Act of 2015

The training was conducted by the DILG, NYC, and other partners, and covered topics such as decentralization and local governance, SK history and salient features, meetings and resolutions, planning and budgeting, and code of conduct and ethical standards

The training has equipped them with the necessary knowledge, skills, and values to perform their duties and responsibilities as SK officials.

They have learned how to be effective leaders, advocates, and partners in community development.

They have also gained insights on how to address the issues and concerns of the youth sector in our barangay.

They are grateful for this opportunity to enhance Their capacities and potentials as young public servants.

They are committed to apply what they have learned in the training to serve our constituents and our barangay with integrity, competence, and dedication.

The SK and Youth of Barangay Ban-as showed their spirit of bayanihan by working together to restore the basketball court that was damaged by Typhoon Kabayan. Which is a symbol of their unity and resilience 🫶🤝

In times of crisis, we stand as one. Barangay and SK officials join hands to pack and distribute relief goods to our fellow kababayans affected by Typhoon Kabayan.

Yesterday, we witnessed the oath taking ceremony of the newly elected Sanguniang Kabataan (SK) officials of Baranggay Ban-as, who will serve as the voice and the leaders of the youth . They have sworn to uphold the principles of democracy, good governance, and public service, and to promote the welfare and development of our baranggay Ban-as. We congratulate them for their victory and we commend them for their courage and commitment. We also thank the outgoing SK officials for their contributions and achievements during their term. We hope that the new and the old SK officials will work together to ensure a smooth transition and a harmonious collaboration. We also urge the youth to support and participate in the programs and activities of the SK, and to exercise their rights and responsibilities as citizens. May you always be inspired by the spirit of bayanihan and the love of God.
Together, let us build a better future for our nation. Mabuhay ang SK! Mabuhay ang kabataan ng Ban-as!
