HALLOWEEN COSTUME CONTEST RULES:
1. All participants mus be 18 years old & above
2. 50php reg. fee per contestant will be collected . Online registrationwill start on Oct. 28. and will end on Nov. 01, 4pm. Form will be postedon SAFEHOUSE fb page.
3. Keep costumes fun, scary and PG rated. Deadly weapons and live ammunitions are prohibited.
4. Monetary prizes will be awarded in 3 categories; 

CHAMPION - PHP1500 + Food Voucher worth PHP1000

1ST prize - PHP1000 + Food voucher worth PHP500

2nd Prize - Food Voucher worth PHP500.
