On September 14, 2024 SIBTECH ROTC UNIT conducted its 7th training day for the first semester of AY 2024-2025 at SOUTHWESTERN INSTITUTE OF BUSINESS AND TECHNOLOGY PANGGULAYAN, PINAMALAYAN ORIENTAL MINDORO.

At exactly 1300H in the afternoon, cadets was instructed to proceed at SIBTECH ALID HALL for their lectures, after that they have taken their quiz about the topic that have been discussed. The said lecture was headed by SGT KYLA MARIE JACOB PA (RES), with the supervision of Cpl Curby V Castillo (inf) PA, Cpl Laurence Romano PA (RES), Sgt Matthew Abetria PA (RES) our unit coordinator Ma'am Angelica Tabajonda, And the SIBTECH OFFICERS, 1st class and second class.

Above all, the 7th training day end without any untoward incidents reported.

On September 7, 2024 SIBTECH ROTC UNIT conducted its 6th training day for the first semester of AY 2024-2025 at SOUTHWESTERN INSTITUTE OF BUSINESS AND TECHNOLOGY PANGGULAYAN, PINAMALAYAN ORIENTAL MINDORO.

At exactly 1300H in the afternoon, cadets was instructed to proceed at SIBTECH ground for basic drillings and manual rifle handling with the supervision of 1LT JAYLORD O SAPUSAO PA (RES), Cpl Curby V Castillo (inf) PA ,
Sgt James Mark A Fajutag PA (Res), MSg Danilo S Manzo PA (Res), Sgt Marie Kyla Jacob PA (RES), Sgt Matthew Abetria PA (RES) our unit coordinator Ma'am Angelica Tabajonda, And the SIBTECH OFFICERS, 1st class and second class.

Above all, the 6th training day end without any untoward incidents reported.

On AUGUST 31, 2024 SIBTECH ROTC UNIT held its fifth (5) training day at SOUTHWESTERN INSTITUTE OF BUSINESS AND TECHNOLOGY PANGGULAYAN, PINAMALAYAN ORIENTAL MINDORO.

At exactly 1300H in the afternoon, cadets take their preliminary examination for the first semester AY 2024-2025. After finishing their examination, cadets was instructed to proceed at SIBTECH ground for drillings.

The 5th training day was led under the supervision of 1LT JAYLORD O SAPUSAO PA(RES), our unit coordinator Ma'am Angelica Tabajonda, and Sgt Kyla Marie Jacob PA (RES), Sgt Matthew Abetria PA (RES) Sibtech ROTC officers, 1st class and second class.

Above all, there was no untoward incident reported.

At 0900H,August 25 2024 Sibtech ROTC UNIT participated in bloodletting program at MinsU Bongabong, Brgy. Labasan Bongabong.

"Dugo ko, Buhay mo, alay ng tagapagbuo ng hukbong Mamayan para sa bagong pilipinas."

At 1300H on August 24, 2024, SIBTECH ROTC UNIT held its 4th training day at SOUTHWESTERN INSTITUTE OF BUSINESS AND TECHNOLOGY INC. , PANGGULAYAN PINAMALAYAN ORIENTAL MINDORO.

Cadets proceeded first at SIBTECH ALID HALL for their lectures led by Sgt Vladimir A Lambon PA (RES) With the supervision of 1LT JAYLORD O SAPUSAO PA (RES) and MSg Danilo S Manzo PA (Res) and our unit coordinator Ma'am Angelica Tabajonda and the sibtech officers, 1st class and second class.

After the said lecture, cadets moved to sibtech ground for basic drillings.

The 4th training day was a success without any untoward incidents reported.

On August 17, 2024, SIBTECH ROTC UNIT undertake its Reception Rites for first semester at SOUTHWESTERN INSTITUTE OF BUSINESS AND TECHNOLOGY INC. PANGGULAYAN, PINAMALAYAN ORIENTAL MINDORO.

The Reception Rites was headed by CPL LAURENCE ROMANO from 1701st CDC, together with the unit coordinator Ma'am Angelica Tabajonda, and the supervision of SGT Marthy T Mangahis PA (RES), with Cpl Curby V Castillo (inf) PA and
Sgt James Mark A Fajutag PA (Res) and the SIBTECH officers, first class and second class.

At 1300H, cadets proceeded at SIBTECH ALID HALL for some reminders and/or briefings, and exactly 3:30 in the afternoon they emerge at SIBTECH ground for the beginning of reception rites with five(5) stations. Provided with the aid of MDRRMO PINAMALAYAN, ORIENTAL MINDORO.

Above all, the reception rites was a success without any untoward incident reported.

At 1300H on August 10, 2024, the Southwestern Institute of Business and Technology ROTC Unit (SIBTECHROTCU) held its second training day for 1st semester at Southwestern Institute of Business and Technology (SIBTECH) Panggulayan, Pinamalayan Oriental Mindoro.
The second day training was led under the supervision of 1LT JAYLORD O SAPUSAO PA(RES), our unit coordinator, Ma'am Angelica Tabajonda, with the aid of SGT Marthy T Mangahis PA(RES), Cpl Laurence Romano from 1701st CDC and the Sibtech training staff, first class and second class.
Exactly 1300H, the cadets was being oriented at Sibtech Alid Hall and after that they proceed at Sibtech ground to learn basic drillings.

At 1300H on August 3, 2024, the Southwestern Institute of Business and Technology (SIBTECH) Pinamalayan Oriental Mindoro held its Orientation Day and first ROTC meeting for the Academic Year 2024-2025.

The event was led by 1LT JAYLORD O SAPUSAO PA (RES) and the newly appointed ROTC Coordinator, Ma'am Angelica Tabajonda, with assistance from SIBTECH training staff and 1st and 2nd class officers.

The first day of training focused on orientation and familiarization. After completing their registration forms, all cadets proceeded to the SIBTECH field for drill practice.

The day concluded safely and smoothly, with no incidents reported.

April 27 2024, Southwestern Institute of Business and Technology ROTC Unit, held its 12th day training in second semester at SIBTECH in Panggulayan, Nautical Highway Pinamalayan.

The 12th day training in second semester, under the supervision of Lt. Jaylord O Sapusao PA (RES) with the aid of Sgt Marthy Mangahis PA (RES), Sgt Leah May Lagrana PA (RES), Sgt Kyla Marie Jacob PA (RES), and with the rest of SIBTECH training staffs, 1st class, 2nd class and 3rd class officers.

On 1500H the 12th training began in checking of their attendance and collecting their riffles. At exactly 3:30 in the afternoon, they began the team building activity.

Above all the 12th training day end without untowards incidents.

On April 13 2024, at Southwestern Institute of Business and Technology ROTC Unit, held its 11th day training in second semester at SIBTECH in Panggulayan, Nautical Highway Pinamalayan, 11th day training in second semester, under supervision of SSG DENNIS M VEGA (MI) PA, and with the assistance of Lt. Jaylord O Sapusao PA(RES), Sgt James Mark A Fajutag PA (RES), Sgt Leah May Lagrana PA (RES), Sgt Kyla Marie Jacob PA (RES) and with the rest of SIBTECH training staff, 1st class and 2nd class officers.

Five (5) Personnel from Alpha CMO Company, 2CMOR, PA 203rd Brigade, 2ID, PA conducted a lecture on Assemble and Dissasemble of M16 Assault Rifle. The cadets eagerly listened to the lecturers and take that opportunity to learned. The personnel from the Alpha CMO company shared their invaluable experienced, making the lectures engaging and informative.

After the lectures, the cadets were given the chance to handle the M16 Assault Rifle themselves under the guidance of the Alpha CMO personnel. This experience was unforgettable for the cadets, as they learned the proper handling and safety measures when using the rifle.

The 11th training day was a success, with the cadets learning a lot about the Assemble and Dissasemble of fi****ms. SSG DENNIS M VEGA (MI) PA expressed his gratitude to the Alpha CMO company for their expertise, skills and willingness to share their knowledge with the cadets.

Overall, the 11th training day end without untoward incidents.

On 06 April 2024, at Southwestern Institute of Business and Technology, ROTC UNIT held its 10th day training in second semester at SIBTECH in Panggulayan, Nautical Highway Pinamalayan, 10th day training in second semester, under the supervision of SSG DENNIS M VEGA (MI) PA, and with the assistance of Lt. Jaylord O Sapusao PA (RES), Sgt James Mark A Fajutag (RES), Sgt Lea May Lagrana PA (RES), Sgt Kyla Marie Jacob PA (RES) and with the rest of SIBTECH training staffs, 1st class and 2nd class officers.

The 10th day training began with Sgt James Mark A Fajutag PA (RES) talked about land navigation and map reading. They made sure that every Cadet would learn how to read maps and navigate on land properly. Followed by checking their attendance.

At exactly 1500H all cadets proceeded to the SIBTECH field to carry out drilling.

After all, 10th training day of the second semester is concluded safely and without any unfortunate incidents.

Congratulations on the completion of five training days of the CADET OFFICER QUALIFYING COURSE (COQC) held in Mindoro State University Bongabong Campus participated by the various ROTC units.

The COQC starts on March 27, 2024 and successfully ended on March 31, 2024. Salute to all cadets who participated in the five days training. We are extremely proud of you. Your sweat is the proof of your hard work and dedication. Good luck on your next journey cadets.

The 9th day training began their Midterm Examination. After they completed answering and checking the test paper, all cadets moved on to the SIBTECH field to perform drillings.

On 1300H of 16, March 2024, Southwestern Institute of Business and Technology ROTCU held its 8th training day in second semester at SIBTECH in Panggulayan, Nautical Highway Pinamalayan, headed by TSg Dennis R Letada (INF) PA with the aid of Sgt Marthy Mangahis PA (RES), Sgt Leah May Lagrana PA (RES), Sgt Kyla Marie Jacob PA (RES), and with the rest of SIBTECH training staffs, 1st class and 2nd class officers.

The 8th training day began in conducting a lecture about Squad Fundamentals and Formation and Movements. After that, all cadets moved on to the SIBTECH field to perform the different squad formation that is being discussed.

All cadets participated in performing a squad line formation, file formation, column formation and wedge formation. They also performed an ambush and raid.

On 9, March 2024, 0700H SIBTECH ROTCU participated in Blood Letting Program of Reserve Command Philippine Army, held in Pinamalayan Maritime Foundation Technology Inc.
And at exactly 1300H, Lt Jaylord O Sapusao PA (RES) conducted a lecture about Cover, Concealment and Camouflage. It was ended with success because of the help of all SIBTECH Training Staffs and Advance Officers.

Above all, the seventh training day on 2nd semester ended successfully and without any untoward accidents.

On 2, March 2024 SIBTECH ROTC UNIT successfully completed the Midterm examination followed by drillings. With the aid of Sgt. Marthy Mangahis PA (RES), other training staffs and advanced officers in SIBTECH ROTC UNIT.

Above all, the sixth training day on 2nd semester ended successfully and without any untoward accidents.
