Due to the characteristics of dental settings, the risk of cross-infection can be high between patients and dental practitioners.
The participants in dental practice are exposed to tremendous risk of COVID-19 infection due to face-to-face communication and the exposure to saliva, blood, and other body fluids, and the handling of sharp instruments.
Dental professionals play great roles in preventing the transmission of COVID-19. In dental procedures where a large number of droplets and aerosols could be generated, the standard protective measures in daily clinical work are not effective enough to prevent the spread of COVID-19, especially when patients are in the incubation period, unaware they are infected or choose to conceal their infection.
Therefore, it is essential for dentists to refine preventive strategies to avoid the COVID-19 infection by focusing on patient placement, efficient infection control protocols and by means of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Stay safe, our dear doctors!

“Sit up straight, or you’re going to hurt your back!" Someone probably told you this from the first day you sat in clinical or even your pre-clinical classes in dental school.
Dentistry is a profession that requires focus and absolute precision. Procedures are often performed over long periods of time, with practitioners staying in static positions which have impact on the spine, joints and muscles.
According to Journal of Dental Health - Oral Disorders & Therapy, dental professionals are at high risk for developing musculosketal pain and 37% of dentists who retire early because of persistent back pain. These can shorten careers, force dentists to accept fewer patients and cause significant discomfort throughout the work day.
So how can you avoid becoming one of them? No worries! This 2020, we are proud to bring you a ZERO BACK-ACHE COMFORT STOOL designed to promote good posture and better performance.

Magsipilyo, mag-tongue cleaner at mag-floss. Iwas sakit sa puso at iwas bad breath. Good luck po!
FYI
Study links good oral hygiene to a healthy heart A study conducted among 161,286 people found that brushing your teeth three times a day lowers the risk of atrial fibrillation and heart failure The research found that it may be due to the bacteria in the teeth and gums Previous studies also found a link between the frequency of brushing the

So sad
I'm going to just leave this here in the hope that it makes even just one person think twice about having unprotected s*x with a casual partner. Hopefully more, of course. But if it just prevents one, it will be totally worth it. Please be careful, guys. It's just not worth it. Be safe. Be responsible.
