PUP Registrar announced the use of the 2019 Student Handbook for the recognition of Latin Honor for Batch 2023.

As per section 15 of the Student Handbook V. 2019, a student will graduate with honors provided if he/she complete a baccalaureate course with any of the following grades per Latin Honor.

SUMMA CUM LAUDE 1. 000 - 1. 1500
MAGNA CUM LAUDE 1.1501 - 1. 3500
CUM LAUDE 1. 3501 - 1. 6000

NOTE: The computed General Weighted Average must be the average GWA from your freshmen year up to senior year. A shifter can also be considered for Academic Honors, however, a transferee cannot.

Please be informed that Online Application for Year-End Graduation A.Y. 2022-2023 will re-open on JUNE 28, 2023 ONLY.

To facilitate faster processing of your application, kindly process your academic deficiencies such as ‘Incomplete’ (INC) and ‘Passed’ (P) grades, Accreditation of Subjects and other requirements needed for your online application ahead of the said schedule.

For those who were not able to have their TOR picture taken, schedule of photoshoot for TOR picture wearing toga FOR ALL GRADUATING STUDENTS FROM ALL STA. MESA CAMPUS COLLEGES will be on June 29, 30, and July 3, 4 and 5, 2023 at the PUP Gymnasium from 8:00 am to 5:00pm.
