Once again, the LIKHA ELBI Music & Arts Festival has become the subject of a write-up. We extend our heartfelt thanks to Alyssa Palacio, a member of Umalohokan Inc., for featuring the backstory of this inaugural music and arts festival in Los Baños.

We continue to learn from these experiences and aspire for each of us to have our own platform in music and the arts.

Kilalanin sina Andrea Bislig at ang Los Buskeros, mga lokal na musikero ng Los Baños na ginagamit ang kanilang talento sa musika upang makatulong sa mga nangangailangan sa pamamagitan ng busking, isang uri ng street performance na isinasagawa nila sa Raymundo. In celebrating Batong Malake's Fiesta, we want to hype it up with a BATTLE OF THE BANDS. As we prioritize our local bands and artists we strictly implements that all bands must have at least two (2) members residing in Los Baños. First ten (10) bands who will registered will be automatically counted as contestant. The first 10 bands must have complete details in registration and payment for registration fee which is PHP 500.00.

This isn't just entertainment; this is the resonant voice of our local artists.

Prize Pool:
CHAMPION - PHP 10,000.00
FIRST RUNNER UP - PHP 8,000.00
SECOND RUNNER UP - PHP 5,000.00
BEST IN ORIGINAL - PHP 1,000.00

Criteria for Judging:
Musicality - 30%
Originality - 30%
Stage Performance - 20%
Audience Impact - 10%
Preparedness - 10%

BATTLE MECHANICS:

- Performance time is limited to 25 minutes, and there will be deductions from the total score for exceeding this limit.
- Three songs are required: one ORIGINAL Composition, one COVER, and one SONG OF YOUR CHOICE (Original or Cover).
- Profanity and offensive language are prohibited.
- Battle starts at 5:00pm onwards
- Open to all genre

Ang ganda na naman siguro ng mga gitarang itotono, ang mga tinig na magpapatibok sa puso, at ang mga ritmo na magpapakilala sa kanilang tunay na galing at talento.

As we reviewed each LIKHA MUSIC submission, the extraordinary talent and passion within Los Baños is a very big pride of our community. The great number of musicians who shared their proposals with us was truly inspiring.

Regrettably, due to the constraints of time and resources inherent in event planning, we must make difficult decisions. Our commitment to promoting local artists of Los Baños leads us to prioritize their participation for this event. Please understand that this decision was made with utmost respect for each of you.

To those whose proposals we couldn't accommodate this time or who haven't received emails from us until tomorrow, your dedication to your craft hasn't gone unnoticed. Keep sharing your passion with the world and never lose sight of the magic of music. We hope to see you next LIKHA! Thank you! We deeply appreciate all of you!
