We visited our fit camp location in Baguio to check on our old clients’ fit and yes, REFITS are FREE. Our investment? Pure dedication and passion. This is Fluid Fit.💚

TIP of the day:

Always check the black part or grey part of your cleats, the one that connects to the pedal. Even if the colored rubber part is worn out it does not mean that your cleat is also worn out already. The cleat in the picture can still last up to 3-5 months depending on the usage.

Client had his refit session today and at first glance we immediately noticed that his handle bar tilted down without him knowing that it was the reason for his discomfort while riding his bike. Sir Mito’s first reaction was “nalubak ka ano? Bumaba yun handlebar mo pati upuan mo.” That’s why it is very important to have your bike refit once in a while.

Interviewing and assessing our clients is very important before starting the bike fitting session. It is no surprise that whenever we interview clients we meet people from all walks of life. But today is different because the interviewer can really relate to the client due to the same situation. Both having fracture and titanium plate implants in the lower left part of the leg.

It is true that when you can relate to a client’s discomfort and pain, you can already figure out what to do.

Our client’s from Vietnam where he works as a pilot. He had his bike fit session abroad before but he still wants to know if there is still room for improvement.
