Auber Veggie Roll Ups

Auber Veggie Roll Ups is a delicious healthy snack and appetizer made up of eggplant and other vegetables.

The name Auber veggie is a combination of two (2) words – auber, short for aubergine, French word for eggplant, and veggie, short for the vegetarian fillings.

We come up with an idea of using eggplant strips as a roll up wrapper instead of the usual lumpia wrapper made of flour. Vegetables like carrot, cabbage, and mushroom, plus tofu are the ingredients making up the filling. This veggie roll up is stuffed with different healthy ingredients offering essential nutrients, vitamins, and minerals such as vitamins C, K, B6, A, manganese, potassium, calcium, iron, and more.

With this, our target is not just the young ones who love to eat snacks and try new food in the market but also the adults who prefer healthy and tasty snacks instead of merely processed and junk foods.
