Magkakaroon doon ng Sayuntis o sayaw ng mga Buntis, mga lecture tungkol sa tamang prenatal care, tamang nutrisyon ng nagdadalang tao, kaalaman tungkol sa tamang pagbabakuna ng buntis at doon ay pag-uusapan natin ang mga Pag-kuli-kuling kaalaman natin or "Myths" ng pagbubuntis!

Magkakaroon din ng prenatal check-up, ultrasound, at mga piling laboratory examination para sa mga nagdadalang tao.

With all the attention on Omicron, it is hard to feel optimistic at this time with so much unknown. But not all is doom and gloom. We will see in the next couple of weeks just how bad (or not) Omicron is. In the meantime, we prepare - strengthen our borders, wear our masks, vaccinate as many people as we can. All of these will still work, and efficacy isn't expected to go all the way down to zero. Layers work. Break out that face shield if it makes you feel more secure, and avoid crowded places. Best to be safe than sorry.

In the meantime, under 1000 cases again today, active cases below 20,000. Positivity rate below 2.5% and healthcare utilization is below 30%. I haven't had a new hospitalized COVID-19 case in TWO WEEKS! We KNOW how to deal with this virus and we are in a better situation than we were last year when we had no vaccines and we had no effective drugs. And we are past 2 weeks below a 5% positivity rate so we are also adequately testing.

PGH cases are down to 62 and badly needed non-COVID-19 wards are opening up to cater to our countrymen. COVID-19, especially Omicron, IS scary. But if we are prepared, we will be ok. Here's hoping it will fizzle out, just like Theta/P.3 and Lambda. Quota na, COVID. We are due for a break! Kaya natin ito, Pilipinas. Keep the faith.
