Ito ay sa pangunguna ni Provincial Health Officer II- Kristine Mae-Jean M. Villaseñor, RMT, MD, MPM at pakikipag ugnayan nina Provincial Health Officer-I Lorelie Salonga, MD at Ma. Monica Roma E. Monsanto, sa TESDA Quezon na pinamumunuan ni TESDA Quezon Provincial Dir. Gerardo R. Marasigan, Ph.D at sa koordinasyon kay TESDA Specialist Katrina Alexandra Z. Avila.

Ito ay kaalinsunod ng kanilang Wellness Health Summit na may temang “Kalusugan Pangkaisipan: Stress Management and Promotion of Healthy Lifestyle”, na may layunin na makapag hatid ng mga libreng serbisyong dental at medical, grooming at wellness. May mga iba’t-ibang aktibidad na inihanda ang tanggapan ng Quezon Provincial Health Office kabilang ang mga free laboratory testing at derma-kilatis-kutis free consultation para sa mga empleyado ng Provincial Government ng Lalawigan ng Quezon.

Isang buong araw na kaganapan na pinasinayaan ni Quezon Governor Angelina “Helen” Tan, MD, MBAH na isa ring alagad ng medisina, bilang katuwang sa adbokasiya ng Health and Wellness para sa mga taga-lalawigan ng Quezon.

Ang Quezon-wide BNS Convention na ito ay isa sa mga programa ni Quezon Gov. Angelina “Helen” Tan, MD, para maitaas ang morale ng mga BNS workers at mabigyan ng pagkilala ang kanilang ambag bilang mga nutrition and health workers sa kani-kanilang barangay.
