A2B OUTSOURCING is looking for VOIP Technical Support!

Qualifications:

• Excellent command of both written and spoken English
• VOIP Support experience is required
• At least 3-5 years work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role
• Previous experience on telephony systems and/or contact center is a plus
• Hands-on experience with Linux, Windows, and mobile environments. Mac OS (experience is a plus)
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
• Experience in knowledge-based systems (KBS), Basic scripting, programming, and coding, Java (entry-level), SQL, Remote Softwares, Networking (WAN, LAN, VPN)
• Advanced understanding experience with software engineering, customer experience, and design architecture
• Analytical thinking; able to prioritize work and multi-task in a fast-paced setting, willing to take on new projects and be flexible
• Candidate should be able to perform analysis, finalize issues
• Excellent design skills; conceptualize complex data flows/transformations
• Strong communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with others; demonstrated collaborative skills
• Professional work experience in computer software support
• Self- motivated
• Creative and with strong attention to detail
• Possess the skill to creatively solve problems and propose solutions with minimal direction
• Excellent MS Office applications knowledge
• Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies is a plus

Responsibilities of the VOIP Technical Support:

• Research and identify solutions to software issues (VOIP issues)
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
• Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
• Track issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits
• Walk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until the issue is solved
• Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers)
• Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
• Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions
• Ensure all issues are properly logged
• Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
• Prepare accurate and timely reports
• Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals

About you:

● 3+ years editing experience and a willingness to share your knowledge

● Fluent in After Effects

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in writing. (Experience in an agency setup preferred)
