Inassign ako ng team namin sa venue and designs ng Christmas Party.

“Kelan pa ako naging artistic?”
“Bakit dun ako assigned?”

Heto nalang ang naging reaksyon ko. 🤦‍♂️

Wala na akong nagawa dahil absent ako nung nagkaroon ng assignments 🤣

Pero mas kinabahan talaga ako nang malaman kong di magiging available ang committee teammates ko sa event mismo.

“Gagawin ko pala magisa ang designs?”😢

Ang nangyari?

One man team ako…

“Paano ko gagawin to ng walang kasama?”

Stressful dahil madami din ako kailangan ayusin.

Sa bahay.
Sa trabaho at negosyo.

Relate ka din ba?

Pag may bagong bagay na pinapagawa sayo, nasstress ka din ba?

Lalo na kung never mo pang natry tapos alam mong weakness mo yun?

Lalo na kung alam mong sobrang dami mo nang responsibilidad tapos may sisingit pang hindi mo naman alam?

Naranasan mo na din ba ang ganitong stress?

Sabi nila may 2 types of reactions na pwede mangyari dito.

Either you FIGHT or you FLY.

Either I get mad sa mga tao bakit ganito ang assigned sakin.

Or

Tumakbo ako sa responsibilities na ito.

Pwede kong sabihin na “ay may ibang ganap pala ako na pupuntahan that time” para lang makaiwas sa stress

I know these kind of stressful situations can cause so much stress at pwede talaga tayong mag shutdown.

Madami na akong nakilalang pag nastress, they will isolate themselves and just shutdown.

Pero 2 options lang ba talaga ang meron tayo?

FIGHT or FLIGHT lang ba?

Or maybe

Pwede tayo humingi ng tulong sa iba?

Kaya ang ginawa ko, humingi ako ng tulong sa asawa ko.

Hindi din siya into creatives pero magaling siya magresearch research.

Nagbigay siya ng ideas na pwede namin gawin for a pool christmas party.

And boom!

Need lang namin bumili ng baloons, hipan-hipan baloons at pagdikitdikitin.

Bumili kami sa shopee ng lobo.

The day before the party, nagpupump ako ng baloons habang nagpplano, nagaaral at nagttrabaho.

Kinabukasan tinulungan ako ng asawa ko pagdikit-dikitin ang lobo.

Hindi ko alam bakit namin pagdidikitin sa totoo lang 🤣

Sabi nya humanap ako ng pader na pede idikit yung lobo.

Pero pgdating sa venue, walang maayos na pader.

Ano ang naging solusyon?

sinabit namin sa taas!

Sa tulong ng mga early bird attendees ay naiangat namin ang loob na supposedly patayo ang initial designs❤️

And boom…

Ang gandaa ng kinalabasan kahit hindi pino ang pagkakagawa..

Maliit na bagay to sa iba pero sobrang proud ko na ang ganda ng kinalabasan.

At the end of the day..

“Kaya ko naman pala”

“Kaya naman pala kung marunong ako humingi ng tulong”

Kaibigan, sana huwag ka basta basta magresort sa FIGHT or FLIGHT options pag stressful ang situation..

Minsan isa sa pinakamaganda mong magagawa is to face it and ask help from others.

Hindi mo alam, opportunity pala yan to build networks, connections and more importantly, mas makilala mo ang sarili mo.

Na kaya mo pala tong mga bagay na to..

Na may talent ka din pala sa ganitong bagay..

At marealize mo na..

Okay naman pala humingi ng tulong.❤️

Stop obsessing and assuming everyone is judging you or laughing at you.

Ito ay base sa scripture sa bible na "If you are faithful with small things, God will give you bigger things"

So hindi hinahanap dito yung laki ng ating pera, dami ng koneksyon, or galing ng ating talino. Lahat yan importante.

Pero kung tayo ay marunong magtyaga, maging grateful tayo sa kung anong meron tayo at magpersevere tayo, siguradong lalaki yan.

Si Lord ang nagbigay ng ating kakayahan at gusto niyang magamit mo ito at maging blessing sa ibang tao.

So it doesn't matter kung pinanganak ka sa mahirap na pamilya o mayaman na pamilya, kahit hindi mo naman choice 'yun.

Ang pwede mong gawin ay pumili na palaguin ang iyong kakayahan, talento, mga biyaya, at kasanayan, pati na rin ang iyong mga koneksyon o anumang meron ka.

Hindi natin kasalanan na ipinanganak na mahirap o mayaman, pero ang mga desisyon natin sa mga susunod na hakbang ang pinakamahalagang bagay. 💯

2. Heto ang magsisilbing sandata sa mga sakunang di inaasahan. Eto ang magdadala ng confidence sayo sa pagpasok mo at pagupo sa trono 🚽
3. Bago umupo, punasan muna ng wetwipes ang uupuan para sure na malinis.✨
4. Kumuha ng 2 sheets of tissue ilagay sa kanang parte ng upuan
5. Kumuha ng 2 sheets of tissue, ilagay sa kaliwang parte ng upuan
6. Kumuha ng 2 sheets of tissue ilagay sa unahang parte ng upuan.
7. Eto ang magsisilbing proteksyon mo sa mga umaaligid na bacteria. 🦠
8. Upuan mo at magchill.🚽
9. Habang nagcchill, kumuha ng 4 na pirasong tissue at tupiin para kumapal. Gawin ito ng tatlong beses. Eto ang magsisilbing panlinis pagkatapos ng sakuna. 🤧
10. Huwag kalimutang gamitin ang wetwipes for final finishing. 💖

5 years ago, I started with zero clients

I remember dahil baguhan pa, nagmamakaawa pa ako sa mga tao na kumuha ng insurance sa akin.

Alam mo yung mga kinakagalit ng mga tao ngayon about financial advisors? Yun! Ganun ako! 🤣 Sorry na kaagad mga beshy! 🙏🏽

Madami ang di ako pinansin.

Madami din naman ang natawa nalang sakin at bakit ko daw pinasok ang mundo ng insurance.

Madami ang napatanong, ang ganda daw ng career ko sa UP pero bakit ako nagbbenta ng insurance.

Madami din ang nagsabi na kukuha daw sakin pero sa iba kumuha.

Madami ang nagsabi ng NO.

Madami din ang hindi nagtiwala sakin dahil sino ba naman ako?

Baon sa utang, mukhang mahirap at financially illiterate? Sino ba naman ako para pagkatiwalaan ng pera nila?

Ang sakit pala mareject lalo na ng mga taong inaasahan mong unang magtitiwala sayo.

5 years later, I realized one thing..

One thing that is very hard to accept.

Your friends aren't obligated to help you.

When I was starting, only few unexpected people trusted me.

Yung mga taong inaasahan mo ay wala noong panahon na kailangan mo sila habang may mga di inaasahang tao ang tumutulong sa akin.

Kahit matagal na panahon na ang nakalipas ay mahal ko pa din naman sila.

Matutuwa ako at tatanawin kong malaking utang na loob if natulungan nila ako during those times pero kung hindi naman edi that's life 😅

Dahil ang realidad ay napunta din naman ako sa ganitong sitwasyon kung saan madaming kaibigan ang nangailangan ng tulong habang abala ako masyado sa mga responsibilidad sa buhay.

I wish I could always be there, but life's unpredictable. 💔

Kung may mga kaibigan ka na hindi sumuporta sa panahon na kailangan mo sila, sana huwag kang magtanim ng sama ng loob sa kanila.

Dahil may sariling buhay din sila at hindi natin alam kung ano ang challenges na kinakaharap nila sa buhay.

At para sa mga kaibigan kong tinuring akong pamilya na andyan para tumulong at magtiwala, Maraming salamat!

Kayo ang nagbigay ng lakas sa akin para magpatuloy patungo sa tagumpay. 🥂
Sa mga kaibigan kong negosyante, huwag tayo panghinaan ng loob.

This was me when I started my fitness journey way back in 2016.

Walang alam sa paggamit ng mga equipment.
Walang alam sa ano bang dapat exercise ang gawin.
Walang alam sa different programs na fit for my body type.
Wala ding pambayad ng coach.

Yung coach sa gym ay binabantayan ako dahil baka mabagsakan daw ako ng plates.
Walang maayos na shoes, walang gloves, walang maayos na gym outfit.

Nakakatawa diba?
Mukha akong ewan.

Noong nagsimula din ako mag negosyo, nakakatawa din ako. Mukha akong ewan sa paghahabol ng mga kliyente. 😅

But here's what I've realized..

Pag magsisimula ka magnegosyo, you'll look like a fool.
Pag magstart ka fitness journey mo, you'll like a fool.
Sa pagaayos ng finances mo, you'll look like a fool.
Pag may bagong opportunities kang ittry, you will really look like a fool.

You will really look stupid at first. And that's perfectly okay.

Alot of people ay takot magsimula dahil ayaw nilang magmukhang "tanga", mag mukhang "baguhan"

Siguro kaya kakaunti lang ang nakakakuha ng buhay na gusto nila dahil kakaunti lang ang may lakas ng loob harapin ang season of looking stupid and fool and having alot of criticism.

But the truth is, when you embark on something new, there will always be naysayers and critics. They'll say you're foolish or inexperienced.

Ang hiling ko para sayo, kaibigan
Sana wag kang matakot.
Sana itry mo pa din.

Sana ipaglaban mo ang buhay na pinapangarap mo.

Because only those with the courage to face these doubts and push past them are the ones who truly succeed.

Remember, greatness often starts with the willingness to step into the unknown.
