We are looking to hire a housekeeper to join our cleaning team. You will be responsible for cleaning rooms and common areas, disposing of trash, changing beds, and notifying maintenance of any issues. You should be able to lift 25 pounds and have an eye for thorough cleanliness.

Housekeeper Responsibilities:
• Keeping facilities and common areas clean and maintained.
• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
• Cleaning, bed making, and stocking restrooms (Standard room setup)
• Cleaning up spills with appropriate equipment.
• Notifying managers of necessary repairs.
• Collecting and disposing of trash properly.
• Assisting guests when necessary.
• Keeping the linen room stocked.
• Can operate laundry machine.
• Room service (Troubleshooting in internet connection| AC| other guest request)
• Properly cleaning upholstered furniture.

Housekeeper Requirements:
• Must 25-35 years old
• Degree in HRM
• Undergraduate is welcome, but must have experience in housekeeping.
• Ability to manage your time efficiently.
• Work well unsupervised.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
• Can handle basic maintenance and cleaning.
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and interact positively with hotel guests.
• Must have knowledge in software/ Computer system.
• Hard worker
• Can handle troubleshooting/complaints
• Willing to stay in

* Kakayahan na magtrabaho nang independiyente at bilang bahagi ng isang team.

- Maintain cleanliness of the whole lobby area
- Supervising housekeeping staff and assisting them if needed.
- Assist hotel guests with their end to end stay in the property
- Act as concierge for any guest inquries

- Preferably with supervisory experience

Qualifications
- Strong command of English language (Must)
- Proficient in Google Docs, Google Sheets
- Any Hotel and Restaurant Management course
- 2 years experience on the job
- Must be willing to stay-in

- Greeting guests and assisting them in checking in/out
- Maintaining the reception and lobby area clean always
- Work with housekeeping to keep the rooms clean and assisting guests to their rooms
- Updating the booking system with guest information, duration of stay, and room tariffs
- Answer to client inquiries anytime during their stay

Qualifications
- Strong command of English (Must)
- Any Hotel and Restaurant Management course
- 2 years experience on the job
- Stay in job Makati area
