In April of 2020, we launched Lazy Oeuf to help provide an allowance to our staff here in Metronome. It was our little way of ensuring that the people who put food on your table kept food on theirs.

We would all like to thank each and every one of you for all the love and support you’ve given Lazy Oeuf these past trying months.

As of December 12, 2021, Sunday, we will be putting Lazy Oeuf on hiatus as we put all of our efforts on Metronome and the coming holiday season.

This is not goodbye.

Lazy Oeuf will be coming back in one form or another in the future. Hopefully, you can eggs-pect something bigger and more permanent.

In the meantime, you can still place your orders for take-away until December 11, Saturday, by calling or sending a message to (0917) 147 3776.

The Sablé cookie (literally meaning “sandy” cookie) is the French version of a shortbread cookie albeit with a more buttery and “melt in your mouth” texture.

Moelleux (mwah-loh) is a French word that literally translates to “soft” in English. In baking, it refers to something molten (think Molten Chocolate Cake/Lava Cake). This is the style of baking that we use for our Brownie Moelleux with Salted Caramel and Pecans and our New Cookie Moelleux.
