Dear Patients & Friends,
Starting this last week of March, we are limiting our consultations to mostly virtual or online encounters. The reimposed ECQ will prove a challenge for some to physically leave their homes. This mode of consultation is a safer option to prevent the possibility of contracting Covid-19 since the upsurge has surpassed the 10,000 mark. Kindly scan the QR code below to message me for an appointment.
Be vigilant. Wear your masks & shields. Practice distancing. Constantly do hand & body hygiene. Stay safe and keep safe.

Vaccine Storage: The Importance of Maintaining the Cold Chain 28/02/2021

Other than efficacy and effectiveness of vaccines, another thing we have to be concerned about is how the “cold chain” is preserved from delivery of the medicine from their countries of origin to the time we get jabbed with our doses. The covid numbers have not gone down yet... Stay vigilant and safe!

11/08/2020

Yesterday, we nearly broke the 7,000 barrier for new covid cases. We need to be more vigilant in practicing public health measures.
Wearing masks & faceshields protects not just ourselves but others.
Frequent handwashing with soap (and alcohol) kills germs & viruses.
Physical distancing lessens the spread of germs if somebody coughs or sneezes.

Hello friends, I received 3 queries in the past 2days about which side of the regular medical masks should be facing outwards/inwards. From my recollection it has always been the colored side outwards whether green or blue.✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻

Which is better: Soap or hand sanitizer? Your hands, up close, are anything but smooth. With peaks and valleys, folds and rifts, there are plenty of hiding places for a virus to stick. If you then touch your face, the virus can infect you. But there are two extraordinarily simple ways you can keep that from happening: soap and water, and h...
