UPDATE: Naga City updates its entry requirements for tourists 18 years old and above (with valid identification card) who wish to stay in the city. To enter Naga City, travelers from other regions must present the following requirements:

• Complete Vaccination Card for Fully Vaccinated individuals
• Negative Antigen or RT-PCR test result taken within 48 hours before departure from place of origin
• Declared as Asymptomatic or without symptoms in the duly accomplished health declaration and contact tracing form
• Approved S-Pass Travel Permit

Naga City is known as the Pilgrim City due to the many Spanish colonial-era churches found throughout the city, one of which is the venerated shrine of Our Lady of Peñafrancia. Apart from its pilgrimage sites, Naga also boasts some amazing natural and urban attractions like the Naga City Ecology Park, Mount Isarog Natural Park, the Plaza De Nueva Caceres, and more.

(3) Negative Saliva Test result (taken not more than 48 hours from scheduled arrival) from DOH-accredited and licensed testing centers and laboratories.

- Vaccination Card or Certificate
Non-Vaccinated / Partially Vaccinated:
- Medical Certificate from place of origin showing that said traveler is fit to travel and shows no symptoms of COVID-19

Staycations shall be allowed at 100 percent operational capacity under Alert Level 3 from October 16 to 31, 2021.

Under the amended guidelines, only DOT-accredited staycation hotels with Safety Seal certification will be allowed to accommodate staycation guests.

Individuals of all ages may check in for staycation. However, to ensure safety of all guests, only fully vaccinated guests shall be allowed to book their stay. Unvaccinated guests are required to present the results of a negative RT-PCR test taken not more than 48 hours before check-in.

Travelers from Metro Manila can avail of the DOT-TPB RT-PCR test discount of P750 from the Philippine Children's Medical Center (PCMC) thru the Tourism Promotions Board Philippines by visiting www.tpb.gov.ph/rtpcrphtravel-application.

Effective September 1, 2021, all international passengers, including children, arriving in Manila, Laoag, and Davao must register to the Bureau of Quarantine’s One Health Pass (OHP) at https://www.onehealthpass.com.ph/e-HDC/ and present QR code upon check-in.

Register as early as 24 hours before the flight. Simply click “Yes” when asked “Are your currently at the Airport of Departure or are you Departing today for the Philippines?”
