I’ll be honest- I can’t roll these babies as well as my staff can. How the “garden” of veggies are layered, packed in and rolled makes a huge difference, taste aside.

We’ve had this on our menu for over a decade but this is my rendition of one of my mother’s best sellers which has become a favorite of my clients.

Our Fresh Rainbow Spring Rolls are sold in rolls of 6 & 12. We can add shrimp should you want or just have it as it is.

We make a yummy peanut sauce with a little spice kick and all in all it just goes.

In my house when we’ve had too much meat yet we don’t want fish I end up cooking shrimp. My Lola came up with our chicken curry recipe way way back when she still had a school for brides to be.

So I came up with this SHRIMP CURRY recipe and it hit the spot. It may not look so appetizing in this photo but I assure you… it’s super UMAMI!

Sometimes I just don’t feel like going through the whole process of eating crab 🦀 Although very satisfying sometimes I just want the meat stat!

Our blue crab patties is full of meat! We serve it with plum sauce to compliment the flavor.

Through the years I’ve seen this dish evolve from my grandmother to my mother and with me. Offering chicken curry with 7 sides- fried saba, fried eggplant, roasted peanuts, raisins, toasted coconut, and our special mango chutney. YUM! 😊

I love how this dish is made from prep to ex*****on. The detail and skill that goes in this process is sometimes challenging but the outcome always makes me remember why I love to cook.
