Villa 3 Study Model

Our studies led us to getting only the most basic elements from the previous iteration. Making the form leaner as well as leading to a more honest and direct yet experiential approach to the space program.

Starting the week right with the team. Making sure we’re aligned and covering our bases for every project.

Coordination days like this gives us the chance to check on the progress of each project and appropriately strategize our approach for each.

Villa 3 - Massing Study

The design primarily revolves around the site’s geographic and climatic advantages. Functions are broken down into blocks of spaces arranged in cascading terraces of framed masses. This play of layers is an expression and solution to maximize thermal comfort. By doing so this allows an open and interconnected experiential space through open decks, nodes, and green pockets.

2nd villa scheme for this bespoke development in Tagaytay! This time we experimented with curves to develop an organic experience and accentuate memories that will be created here. Excited to refine this more and see where we can take this experiential design further. ✨

Envisioned to be a getaway for young professionals and entrepreneurs. We’re having fun deconstructing the typical home layout, opting for the intimate (bedrooms, private garden) spaces to be situated in the ground floor while the communal spaces (living, dining and kitchen areas) are located in the second floor.

Can’t wait to share more of the spaces we’re making for these luxury homes.
