RICKY D's Chorizo de Cebu &Longganisa now available at The Happy Foodie!

Alam mo yung longganisa na prinito tapos tostado ng kaunti, isasawsaw mo sa s**a na may bawang at sili, tapos may partner na sinangag, sunny side up na itlog, at kamatis? (Naglaway ka habang binabasa mo ‘no? ako din).
This is my “dream” breakfast and ’s products got my back! They offer authentic chorizo de cebu, many types of longganisa around the Philippines, and some imported meats.
Here’s my adventure with their products.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Packaging – They have a pretty simple and straightforward packaging, but I think it’s effective. Their products are in black/transparent plastics that are completely sealed and ideal for shipping. Also, it has their brand logo, the name of the product, “Keep frozen” instruction, and their social media accounts. I kind of wish it was resealable for better storage.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Chorizo de Cebu – This is my Mom’s personal favorite! We do not have to go to Cebu, just to be able to taste this amazing food. It has different variants such as bite size, medium, original, spicy, skinless, and many more. It is very juicy, flavorful, and a bit sweet. Really easy to cook and prepare. WARNING: It is very addicting.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+⭐️ Calumpit Longganisa – This is MY personal favorite! “It tastes like home” It has a good blend of garlic and pepper flavors, with a hint of saltiness. It like this a bit toasted then I soak in vinegar, and partner with sinangag (me: drooling at the moment).
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Cabanatuan Longganisa – This longganisa has a very distinct garlic flavor (not too strong) with a hint of sweetness. It is juicier than other longganisa and super flavorful. Perfect for breakfast!
