Lovingly prepared by a mother and son duo, Bersi’s serves authentic Middle Eastern cuisine since 2004. If you’re wondering how authentic our food can get, Mother Ging Salapantan’s training in food preparation takes its roots from Jordan, Middle East. Our freshly grilled shawarma and kebabs have been a crowd favorite ever since Salcedo Market began 16 years ago in Makati.
Fast forward today, aside from being in Salcedo Market every Saturday, we now deliver our authentic Middle Eastern eats anywhere within Metro Manila. From our home to yours, every order is carefully prepared with passion and loving dedication. We take pride in serving you generous yet affordable meals made with 100% pure beef, chicken or lamb. We guarantee that no extenders, preservatives or food coloring is used in our food - just real good juicy meat seasoned with our heirloom Middle Eastern recipe. Pair with freshly baked pita bread or fluffy buttered rice, you decide! Don’t forget to slather on our famous homemade garlic and hot sauce for a complete Bersi’s experience.
