The entire NSCR project, a 147km, 36-station railway will connect Pampanga, Bulacan, and Laguna provinces with the NCR. 800,000 passenger capacity daily with 50 train sets that have 8 cars each. The railway was designed to improve connectivity within the Greater Manila Area. Partial Operation. NSCR phase 1 Malolos-Valenzuela will begin partial operation in the third quarter of 2026..
