From anesthesia techniques, complications na pwedeng mangyari upon anesthesia, flap design, complications pag mali ang flap design, bone reduction, complications pag maling lugar ka nagbawas ng buto, tooth resection, complications pag di maayos ito, removal ng mismong ngipin at paano kung may matira( ireretrieve ito), suture design(maingat na ginagawa ito from sa placement ng knots etc) MAHABA PA…

Isa ito sa mga pinaka kumplikadong ginagawa ng dentista. Kaya nabanggit ang tinatawag na COMPLICATIONS, kasi onting mali, magiging delikado para sa pasyente.

Now, imagine your dentist… how they become meticulous when it comes to your surgery para safe ka… imagine your dentist putting himself/herself in a lot of pressure not to make mistakes to take care of you and ease your pain… It takes a lot of years to learn and have skills for us to make it. It is not SIMPLE.

Bakit mahal ang wisdom tooth removal, kasi HINDI ITO MADALI. Kahit mabilis itong natatanggal ng dentista mo. 😅

Another case of “binunutan po ako pero may naiwan pong ngipin, hindi na po tinanggal”.

Upon patient interview she was already experiencing symptoms of dysphagia (nahihirapan lumunok). This may be one of the cause of infected tooth fragment left upon past extraction. It is important to remove completely the tooth to be extracted to avoid further infections.

I give credits to my patients who has the initiative to act hastily about these kind of matter. Again, speedy recovery to you ma’am! I’m happy to help and ease the pain. 🙌✨
