We use spatial analysis to understand how co-presence and co-visibility can be fostered by opening up spaces.

This for a 24-7 street that buzzes from dusk until dawn, and a skyline that truly never sleeps as it connects the world thru Manila.

The suburbs have always been about affordable land values, and a sense of light and air.

Villages emphasize security, amenities, and neighborliness, even for the affordable market segment.

We continue to work to improve suburban living by pushing for a diversity of accessible uses, and using spatial network integration to create communities and foster a sense of place.

SD Project Update for Polaroid House, Timberland Estates, San Mateo, Rizal

Revisiting this detailed schematic masterplan for a hotel-resort, and events complex on a challenging, yet spectacular site in Bataan.

This project brings the mountains and the shore together and creates different venues for a range of receptions and events.

While this project and specific buildings has been paused by the halt in global and local tourism, we believe its ecozone status and natural beauty will draw locators and investors to it - when the world is finally busy and hectic enough to savour the joy of a break out of the city.

Last round of photo updates post punchlisting. Looking forward to the plaza/hardscape and softscape/planting to be completed soon.

Students are using the facilities as they are housed while they complete/finish term practicum requirements on-campus.

Shifting gears to finer scale and detail. We bring in a palette of accents into a restrained interior. This house is for a family with dogs - looking to entertain guests and spillover into a pocket garden.
