Wasak ang ilang bahagi ng walong sasakyan kahapon alas-4 ng hapon sa Brgy Tartaria, Silang, Cavite matapos salubungin ng trailer truck na nawalan ng brake.

Base sa police report, minamaneho ni Mayolon Sumagay, 39 anyos ang Isuzu Trailer truck ng mawalan ito ng brake sa kahabaan ng Tagaytay Sta Rosa road Brgy Tartaria, Silang, Cavite, bago tuluyang sumalpok ay bumusina na ng maraming beses ang driver kaya nakaiwas ang ilang sasakyan.

Sa kasamaang palad ay nasapul ang 8 sasakyan; dalawang L-300, 1 jeep at 5 kotse. Sa lakas ng pagkakasapul ay nayupi ang harapang bahagi at likurang bahagi ng mga sasakyan.

Wala naman naitalang namatay maliban sa 2 nagtamo ng minor injury na agad isinugod sa Qualimed Hospital. Patuloy na ang isinasagawang imbestigasyon sa pangyayari.

REMIND OURSELVES OF OUR GREATEST WHY’S

Bakit nga ba tayo nagtatrabaho?
Why do we keep on working so hard?
Bakit tayo nag-bi-business and at the same time employed?
Why do we do what we do?

Baka kasi isa sa mga bagay kaya tayo feeling burned out
dahil nakalimutan na natin yung very reason why we are working.
Why don’t we recollect, reminisce or even go back
to that specific reason.

If we feel burned out or drained from our career,
it’s okay to take a rest. Have a vacation and unwind but..

NEVER… EVER QUIT!

We cannot finish the race if we quit early.
Aminin natin ito, there are times na we are only energized
or pumped up sa simula nang ating pagtatrabaho.

Then if we see that things aren’t going the way we want it,
nawawalan na tayo ng interes and we begin to wander to other directions.

Right there and then, we already lose the value of our work.

Gaya nga ng sabi ko kanina, it’s okay to take a rest.
Kasi sa ganitong paraan, magagawa nating mag-evaluate
at pagninilay-nilayan ang mga pangyayari sa buhay natin.

Take out what isn’t helpful, improve the potentials,
and even start something new and make it productive.

BECAUSE EVERY WORK IS FROM GOD

Kahit pa sabihin na taga-linis nang banyo,
tagapunas ng mesa sa fast food, cashier,
o kaya nagbebenta ng produkto sa grocery.

Nagtatrabaho man sa malaki at kilalang kumpanya,
o kaya naman ay freelancer,
lahat nang ‘yan ay galing pa rin sa Diyos.

Siguro kasi tinuturuan tayong maging trustworthy sa maliliit na bagay.

Tine-test yung faithfulness natin kahit hindi na natin
minsan maintindihan ang mga nangyayari.

Sinusubok din ang ating kakayahan sa paghawak ng pera wisely.
At higit sa lahat, inihahanda tayo for greater things.
Kaya dapat ay lagi nating isaisip na…

“Ang trabaho ay dapat minamahal at pinapahalagahan. ‘Wag natin itong katamaran upang umunlad ang ating kinabukasan.”
