TASKS:
* Collaborate with leadership and other departments on troubleshooting, reporting and dashboards to provide meaningful performance data insights
* Support and collaborate with leadership and other departments on updates re turnaround times.
* Make amendments on pricing updates, agency service updates.
* Password/reset process for fulfillment team.
* SOP tracking/reporting for compliance.
* Salesforce.com (SFDC) reporting expertise, and act as SME to troubleshoot and resolve basic SFDC issues

As the LMS supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, administration, and optimization of our client's
LMS. Your role is crucial in ensuring the effective delivery of training programs, tracking employee learning progress, and enhancing the overall learning experience for our teams.

Key Responsibilities:
1. LMS Implementation
○ Lead the implementation of the LMS, ensuring successful onboarding of all agents.

2. Content Creation and Management
○ Create, upload, organize, and manage lessons for all existing SOPs within the LMS.
○ Work closely with the QAManager and Training Manager to ensure the LMS supports the creation and delivery of tailored training content, addressing specific training needs and gaps identified in quality monitoring.
○ Collaborate with the Training Manager to seamlessly integrate training programs into the LMS, providing support for content creation, delivery, and assessment.
○ Develop meaningful knowledge checks for all lessons to assess understanding and readiness.

3. User Support and Training
○ Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to LMS users, including employees and administrators.
○ Conduct training sessions and create user guides to familiarize users with LMS functionalities and best practices.

4. Reporting andAnalytics:
○ Generate and analyze reports on training completion, learning progress, and user engagement within the LMS.
○ Utilize analytics to identify trends, assess training effectiveness, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.

5. Continuous Improvement
○ Stay updated with LMS trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in learning management.
○ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback, assess user needs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives for the LMS.

We are hiring for customer service agents (phone support) for an online retail account (on-site position).

Start date: Batch A - May 20, 2024

Recruitment for this role would be ongoing until we reach the total target of 200(!) additional headcount by October 2024. Schedule for every batch of new hires will be every 2 weeks.

Candidates who would be unsuccessful for the phone support role could be considered for non-voice roles instead, as applicable.
