Avail of Chinatrust's Salary Stretch — an all-purpose, no-collateral personal loan that comes with flexible terms of 12, 18, 24, or 36 months, depending on what you find most convenient and within your means.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
For Salaried Individuals:
• Must be 23 to 60* years old upon loan maturity
• With a minimum gross monthly income of 15,000.00 for Metro Manila or 10,000.00 for provinces
• Must be with the current company for at least one (1) year on a regular / permanent status
• With office landline
• Must be Filipino citizen
• * 61 to 65 years old upon loan maturity may be allowed if verified with employer that retirement age is 65 years old. Borrowers who are more than 60 years old upon loan maturity must also submit a photocopy of Credit Life Insurance.
For Self-Employed Individuals:
• Must be 23 to 60 years old upon loan maturity
• With a minimum gross monthly income of 15,000.00 for Manila-based applicants or 10,000.00 for provincial-based applicants
• Business must be registered in existence of operation for at least three (3) years for Trading and Services industry or five (5) years for other industries
• With office and home landline and / or mobile number
• Must be a credit cardholder
• Must be Filipino citizen
DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS
For Salaried Individuals:
• Completely filled out application form
• Photocopy of latest ITR / Form 2316
• Photocopy of ID issued by the employer with photo and signature
• Photocopy of one (1) month latest payslip
For Self-Employed Individuals:
• Completely filled out application form
• Photocopy of latest BIR Form 1701
• Photocopy of unexpired Certificate of Registration from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI)
• Photocopy of latest two (2) months credit card statements
• Photocopy of latest six (6) months bank statement of accounts
• Photocopy of the face of credit card
• Photocopy of two (2) government-issued IDs with photo
Note: Other documents may also be required by the Bank. Original copy of the requirements may be required prior to loan release. Countersign all your original documentary requirements before you submit to us.
What to expect when getting your Chinatrust Salary Stretch Loan
• Your approved salary loan will be released via the Chinatrust All-Day Access Contactless Card. You may also opt for other forms of loan disbursement:
• Credit to your Chinatrust account
• Via Manager’s Check*
• Credit to your other Bank account*
• * A fee of ₱150.00 will be deducted from your loan proceeds when you choose (b) or (c).
• Upon loan release, you will receive a Welcome Kit which includes your Chinatrust All-Day Access Contactless Card and your PIN mailer. Take note that your loan number is also printed on your card for easy reference.
• If you are a non-cash card borrower, a Salary Stretch Loan Information Card will be issued to you, bearing all your loan details (i.e., borrower’s name, loan account number, due date, monthly amortization, maturity date).
How and where to pay or fund your Chinatrust Salary Stretch Loan(using either your All-Day Contactless Card or your Visa Debit & Cash Card)
LBC Express Outlets
• Present your Chinatrust Cash Card or your Chinatrust Salary Stretch Information Card together with your cash payment to the LBC Customer Associate.
• Keep a copy of your receipt for record purposes.
BancNet ATMs
• Insert your BancNet ATM card and enter your Personal Identification Number (PIN).
• Select your Account Type (Savings or Checking).
• Select ‘Bills Payment’, then choose ‘Loans’.
• From the selection menu, select ‘Chinatrust Salary Stretch’ as the biller/institution.
• Key-in your 16-digit Chinatrust Cash Card Number and the loan amount to be paid.
• Keep a copy of the receipt for record purposes.
BancNet Online (for Chinatrust Cash Card holders only)
• Go to www.bancnetonline.com and select your bank of account.
• Click ‘I Agree’ in the Terms and Conditions.
• Select ‘Payment’.
• Using the drop down menu, select ‘Chinatrust Salary Stretch’ as the biller/institution, then key-in your 16-digit Chinatrust Cash Card Number (4215 # # # # # # ) in the Account Number field.
• Enter your BancNet ATM card number, select the Account Type where the payment will be taken and key-in the loan amount to be paid.
• Using your mouse, click on the PIN pad and enter your PIN. Then, click ‘Submit’.
• Once you verified that all details are correct, click ‘Ok’.
• Remember to keep your trace number for record purposes.
UnionBank Branches
• Fill out the Bills Payment form with your name, either your 12-digit loan account number, Cash Card number or CASA Account Number, and the amount to be paid.
• Present the Bills Payment form and payment to the teller and wait for validation.
• Keep a copy of your receipt for record purposes.
Note: Payments coursed through UnionBank branches are posted on the next banking day.
Salary Stretch loan payments are also accepted in all Chinatrust branches nationwide.
Important Reminder:
Settle your loan payment three (3) working days before your due date.
