HR Assistant (Visa assistant/ HR support)
As HR Assistant for Visa Processing:
- Provide assistance to the HR Assistant Manager and/or HR Manager in full visa coordination and/or processing for expat employees via the accredited Visa Agent/s of the Company; services include:

Expat Annual Filing
- Ensure timely arrangement of extension of Exit Clearance Certificate (ECC) processing for expat nationals.
- Safekeeping of expat passport and other visa documents in the vault and drawer – take out.
- Receives, verifies, and processes pre-employment documents of expat nationals such as Philippine BIR-TIN application for first-time workers in the country, AEP Cancellation, ACR I Card cancellation, 9(g) Visa Downgrading, ITR / 2316 for Expats who already have worked in the Phil / with previous employer in the Phil – retain
- Assist/provide employee mobility services to all returning expat staff in the Philippines such as:
Will act as Helpdesk
– to attend to the inquiries/concerns of the returning expat
-To coordinate with Admin Department PICs – regarding pick-up transportation arrangements, condo/hotel accommodation
-To coordinate with Operations Department PICs – regarding the orientation/onboarding date of the returning expat staff
-Coordinate with HR Department PICs – regarding orientation, activation of HMO, and Insurance, including other office access/credential-related items (if any).
-To closely monitor PH Government Agencies' latest announcement on expat entrance within the PH (ie on Tourist Visa, Working Visas, and other related visas which will impact both the expat workers and their employment with the Company); shall ensure to update the HR PICs and the Management regarding this updated. – transfer to the PIC in charge.
- Daily monitoring of Philippines newspapers regarding employment movement of previous expat staff employed with the Company – retained.
As HR Assistant – HR Support/ Clerical
- To assist in other HR clerical tasks assigned from time to time (ie Employee Events, HR Adhoc, DOLE Compliance, others)
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of 4-year course
- Must have at least 6-12 months of work experience in Visa Processing preferably in a POGO Company; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Required skills: Detail-oriented, Time Management skills, MS Excel, organizational skills
