Amid the disruptions of the COVID-19 pandemic, particularly in the retail sector, Mylene Kasiban successfully steered RRHI through turbulent times.

"Even with the pandemic, I managed to preserve our cash," Mylene said. Her exceptional leadership earned her the 2020 ING-FINEX CFO of the Year award, making her the second woman to receive this honor, following Sherisa P. Nuesa of Manila Water Company, Inc. in 2008.

“I truly believe that women are leaders in their own right,” Mylene added.

Grant Cheng of CLI proudly joins the elite circle of ING-FINEX CFO of the Year awardees, having won the prestigious trophy in 2022 and becoming the youngest recipient at 41 years old.

"It's probably the most exclusive club I'll ever belong to," he said. "I'm deeply humbled and honored by this award. This recognition is for the company and everyone who has allowed me to be their leader."

For Cora Dizon, the reigning ING-FINEX CFO of the Year, the award stands as her top career accomplishment. These are significant words from a seasoned finance leader who propelled the Ayala Group’s listed energy platform to new heights, expanding its renewables business over 70-fold to nearly 5,000 MW across Asia Pacific.

"I am deeply honored to represent women in a highly competitive leadership position," she says. "With this recognition, I hope to inspire more women to excel in their fields and, in doing so, promote greater gender diversity in C-level positions."
