1. Sales & Marketing Specialist

- Successfully close sales and achieve growth targets for our brand to lead the category.
- Supervise daily operations at the taproom (bar), including optimizing customer service and implementing strategies to drive sales growth.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media platforms promptly and professionally, ensuring excellent communication and language proficiency in English.
- Lead in the set up and coordination of on-the-ground activities, such as bazaars, corporate events, etc.
- Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive sales growth, improve user experience, and optimize conversion rates across multiple online platforms.

2. Sales & Operations Specialist
- Responsible for managing sales orders from inception to fulfillment, including order processing, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
- Assists with administrative tasks such as invoicing, account management, and basic accounting duties.
- Ensures seamless operations and customer satisfaction through effective communication and coordination between sales, production, and administrative teams.
