Promo Mechanics:
1. The promo is from September 10, 2024, to October 10, 2024.
2. The electronic raffle promotion includes All Apo Floors products except AVQT Roll Form and accessories.
3. For every single receipt purchase of Php 5,000.00 of Apo Floors products you will receive one electronic raffle entry.
4. To join scan QR code found at the Customer Service Area of each participating dealer and fill out the e-raffle form with complete and correct details:

5. The deadline for submission of entries will be 5 pm on October 10, 2024.
6. The raffle draw is on October 12, 2024, at 10 am at Puyat Flooring Products Inc.'s main office in Makati City.
7. Three winners of Php 33,000 worth of participating APOFLOORS products and services each from Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
8. A DTI representative and Sales representative from Puyat Flooring Products Inc. will witness the raffle draw. Health protocols will be observed. The event can also be viewed live on APOFLOORS' social media platform (Fb).
9. An individual can only win once.
10. Winners will be notified via registered mail.
11. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
12. Winners must claim their prizes within 60 days from receipt of registered mail. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize with prior approval from the DTI.
13. Winners should present two (2) valid government IDs for validation upon claiming of prize. For NCR, winners can claim their prize at the Puyat Flooring Products Inc. office in Makati City. For winners from the province, they can claim their prize at the participating dealer in your area.
14. 20% tax on prizes exceeding Php 10,000.00 will be shouldered by Puyat Flooring Products Inc.
15. Puyat Flooring Products Inc. employees, dealers, distributors, advertising agencies, and relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
