kung naghahanap kayo ng magandang lutuan na pwede pang-ihaw, lutaan ng hotdog, initan/toast ng tinapay, magprito ng di nagamit ng madaming mantika.. bili kayo nito mga mamsh!!

inihaw na tulingan
--gamit dito ang grill pan. non stick din, pwede na makaihaw ng maayos sa loob bahay lalo na ngayong tag-ulan kung nais mo.
munggo with tinapa at kalabasa..
--gamit na kaserola dito ay ang nasa photos. mabilis maglaga ng munggo kahit medium heat lang gamit ko sa gas stove. malaki yung pot, non stick din sya.

if gusto nyo malaman what kind of kaserola yang gamit ko... its crofton. so far ok naman sya mga sis.
naisip ko lang baka gusto nyo malaman eh. nabili ko sya sa shopee. kasi gaya ko na mahilig magluto naghahanap talaga ako ng mga cookware na matagal kong magagamit. so far nakailang lutuan ko na sya gamit, ok naman. shini-share ko lang kung gaya ko naghahanap kayo at gusto nyo malaman experiences ng ibang kusinera gamit ang ganyan klaseng kaserola.
22cm lang itong gamit ko, ok na sya for 3-4person na laman na lutuan for lunch and dinner na ulam.(ito base sa 1 buong chicken, 2 patatas, 1 carrots, 1 bell pepper, green peas at spices)

ingredients & costing:
3 pcs yellow fin(med size) -165.00
talong slices(pack) -20.00
1 pack coconut milk/ gata/piga -45.00
suka(vinegar)
ginger(luya)
sibuyas(onion) 1pc
bawang(garlic) 3cloves
siling pangsigang 2pcs
water 1cup
pepper
salt
patis(fish sauce)
sugar(1/2 teaspoon)
season the dish according to your taste.
how to cook...(my version)
put all the fish in the pan, as well as the vinegar(suka), garlic, onion, ginger, pepper, water, salt, sugar...let it simmer for 10mins.. then put the eggplants(talong) and the gata(coconut milk) simmer until the desired sauce consistency is achieved.. 10mins for me in medium heat.
then season to your desired taste.
