Dahil hindi po nababayaran ng “pasensya na po” ang abala natin sa rider. With this one, the rider DEMANDED that we pay him 170 pesos for his waiting time dahil hindi daw sya nakatangap ng booking dahil sa tagal nya magantay, the customer denied him of the waiting charge, kaya kami yung siningil nya, kahit taga luto lang naman po kami ng pagkain.

Ngunit datapwat dahil naiintindihan namin si kuya rider, minabuti na namin na hayaan na lamang at bayaran sya sa tingen nyang nararapat na bayad. Yes po alam ko medyo umaangat na yung kilay ng CS natin na si Gene, which is hinihingi nya ng paumanhin dahil nastress lang sya sa 1 hour worth of galit ni kuya rider sa pagiintay sya ang sumasalo 🥲🥲

Pero ito po lahat ay naiwasan npo sana kung alerto po tayo kapag may order tayo online. Ito po ay mahinahon at nagpapakumbaba naming kahilingan.

Dahil po dito, strictly po, na kapag COD po ang order ay receiver napo ang magbobook.
