The F45 Studio Manager plays a vital role within the team, to provide leadership and direction to the team at this studio, coach classes, manage a team of group fitness trainers, and deliver the best F45 Experience to the community.

As Studio Manager, you will also be the lead for the Marketing & Sales function, executing lead generation/marketing strategies plan to increase fitness membership sales, as well as promote the health and wellness benefits associated with a healthy lifestyle via social media and other channels.

Our very own Coach Lacass is stepping down as studio manager effective June 30. Cass, along with the rest of the former & current F45 Makati Avenue team, has more than succeeded at making everyone feel welcome and valued at the studio. The number of friendships formed in the gym, the socials, bondings and more, are proof of the community that she helped build. As a trainer, her empathy and desire to help others is unmatched. Her passion for fitness & genuine care for the F45 community will still shine through as she transitions to a part-time Trainer role.❤️💙

🟡 The HYROX Physical Fitness Test (P’F”T) has been specifically designed to give you the perfect introduction into HYROX and measure where your HYROX fitness level is at. Don’t worry, like all of HYROX, it is for every body. Find your pace and you will achieve success.

⚫️ The HYROX PFT gives you a good indication of your level and for which division you should sign up to at the major HYROX event.
