โœ…1 pc onion, chopped
โœ…4 cloves garlic, minced
โœ…3 pcs potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
โœ…1 pc carrot, peeled and cut into chunks
โœ…2 pcs red chili pepper or 1tbsp chili powder
โœ…2 tbsp fish sauce
โœ…salt and pepper to taste

๐™‹๐™ง๐™ค๐™˜๐™š๐™™๐™ช๐™ง๐™š๐™จ:
1.In a pan, heat the vegetable oil. Fry the potatoes until slightly brown. Set aside.
2.In the same pan, sautรฉ garlic and onion until fragrant.
3.Add in the chicken pieces and sautรฉ until the skin in slightly brown then add the fish sauce and RAM Sweet Pickle Relish.
4.Cook for about 5 minutes and then add the RAM Tomato Sauce Spanish style and water.
5.Simmer until the chicken is cooked and tender. Add in the liver spread, chilies, carrots, salt and pepper. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
6.Then add the potatoes and cheese and simmer for another 3 minutes. Serve hot with steamed rice.

๏‚ท 1can Ram Garbanzos 450g (drained)
๏‚ท 3-4 tbsp garbanzos brine or water
๏‚ท 1/3 cup Ram All Purpose Flour
๏‚ท ยผ tsp Ram Iodized Salt
๏‚ท 1/8 tsp Ground Black Pepper
๏‚ท 100g Cheese (cubes size)
๏‚ท 1 ยฝ cup Ram Bread Crumbs
๏‚ท 1 medium sized egg
๏‚ท 1tbsp Ram Cornstarch
๏‚ท 100g Ram Banana Ketchup

๐™‹๐™ง๐™ค๐™˜๐™š๐™™๐™ช๐™ง๐™š๐™จ:
1. Pour garbanzos in a food processor or blender. Add the brine or water until mixture has a coarse paste texture.
2. Transfer paste mixture to a mixing bowl; add salt, pepper and all purpose flour. Mix until well blended.
3. Scoop 1tbsp of dough mixture; shape it into a round ball. Place a piece of cheese, cover it with mixture then roll to make a ball.
4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
5. In a small bowl, mix together the egg and cornstarch
6. In a separate bowl, put the bread crumbs.
7. Dip each cheese ball in egg mixture and then coat with bread crumbs.
8. In a small frying pan, heat the oil in a medium high heat. Fry until golden brown, and crisp from all the sides.
9. Transfer fried balls to a metal strainer or have a plate with a few paper towels.
10. Serve Garbanzo cheese balls with Ram Banana Ketchup or dip of your choice.

1.In a mixing bowl, combine all the dry ingredients. Pour in fresh milk and butter and add the egg, then mix.
2.Scrape the dough out of the bowl onto the countertop.
3.Rub oil to both hands and knead for 10 minutes. Do the windowpane test to check. (To do the window pane test, take a small portion of the dough and stretch it between your fingers. The dough should spread thin enough to see silhouettes through it without tearing)
4.Form the dough into a ball and lightly coat with oil. Place it back the large bowl and cover with a kitchen towel or plastic wrap and place it in a warm area. Let it rise until it almost doubled in size. Depending on how warm it is, it could take 30 minutes to an hour or more.
5.Punch down the dough and divide it into 9 equal pieces or you can use a weighing scale. (weight per pc is approximately 60g) (While doing this procedure cover your dough with kitchen towel or plastic wrap to ensure that your dough wonโ€™t get air. This is to avoid the dry texture)
6.Arrange the pieces on a baking sheet leaving some gaps in between (at least an inch). Cover with kitchen towel or plastic wrap then leave them to rest for 10 minutes.
7.Roll each piece into a ball. Cover with kitchen towel or plastic wrap and let it rest in a warm area for another 30minutes or until almost doubled in size
8.Preheat the oven to 350ยฐF
9.When the dough balls are nearly doubled, you can brush each of them with egg wash or fresh milk.
10.Bake for about 15-18 minutes until slightly browned.
11.Remove from the oven and let it cool.

1.In a mixing bowl combine the softened cream cheese, sugar and fresh milk. Whisk the cream cheese until smooth and the sugar and milk is incorporated. Transfer the cream cheese filling to a piping bag and set aside.

To assemble the Korean cream cheese garlic bread:
1.Preheat the oven to 350ยฐF
2.Cut the bread into 4 or 8 equal slices to create pockets. Do not cut all the way. The bottom should be cut-free
3.After the bread has been cut, fill each gap with cream cheese filling.
4.Dip each bread into the garlic butter sauce.
5.Arrange them on a baking sheet and bake for about 15-18 minutes.
6.Serve and enjoy!

1. In a pan, sautรฉ onion and garlic. Add the ground pork and cook it well until golden brown.

2. Add the raisins, bell pepper and season with salt and pepper according to your taste. Mix it well. Set aside and let it cool down completely.

3. In a bowl, remove all the egg yolk and mash it using fork. Add the mashed egg yolk to the ground pork mixture. Mix well.

4. Put 1tbsp mixture in the hole of the egg white and pack it well.

5. Dip in beaten egg and then flour. Fry it until golden brown.

6. Remove the fried egg from heat and drain well.

7. Serve with Ram Banana ketchup. Enjoy!

โœ“ 500 grams pork, cubed.

โœ“ Black peppercorns, to taste.
โœ“ 1 kilo unripe jackfruit (langka), peeled then cubed.
โœ“ 1 cup cooked RAM Red Kidney Beans.
โœ“ 1 pack Sinigang sa Sampalok Mix.
โœ“ 3 pieces Green Chili pepper.
โœ“ 500 grams Pechay, washed and cut in half.
โœ“ Salt, to taste.
โœ“ Fish sauce, to taste.

1. Put together water and pork in a pot. Bring to a boil then lower heat to a simmer. Cook for 20 minutes then add the Onion, Tomatoes and Black peppercorns. Simmer until the pork becomes almost tender.

2. Add the Langka, Red Kidney Beans and Sinigang mix. Cook for another 15 minutes, or until the meat becomes fork-tender.

3. Add the Green Chili Pepper and Pechay. Season with salt and fish sauce. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes then transfer to a soup bowl. Serve immediately.

This steamed rice cake dessert is a combination of Ube P**o and Leche Flan. This addictive "๐˜’๐˜ข๐˜ฌ๐˜ข๐˜ฏ๐˜ช๐˜ฏ" is a vibrant and appetizing twist on your usual dessert. ๐™„๐™ฃ๐™œ๐™ง๐™š๐™™๐™ž๐™š๐™ฃ๐™ฉ๐™จ:

๐™‡๐™š๐™˜๐™๐™š ๐™๐™ก๐™–๐™ฃ:
5 Egg Yolk
1 can RAM Condensada (390g)
ยฝ cup Evaporated Milk
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

๐™‹๐™ช๐™ฉ๐™ค:
200g RAM Hotcake mix
ยพ cup Evaporated Milk
ยฝ cup Refined Sugar
ยผ cup Ube Powder
3 Egg Whites
2 tbsp. Unsalted Butter
2 tsp. Baking Powder
ยผ tsp. Refined Iodized Salt

๐˜ฟ๐™ž๐™ง๐™š๐™˜๐™ฉ๐™ž๐™ค๐™ฃ๐™จ:
Pour water in a steamer. Bring to a boil.

๐™‡๐™š๐™˜๐™๐™š ๐™๐™ก๐™–๐™ฃ:
1. Grease mold using melted butter. Set aside.
2. In a mixing bowl, separate the egg yolk from the egg white.
3. Combine egg yolk, condensed milk, evaporated milk and vanilla. Mix until well incorporated, then, sift the mixture.
4. Fill half of each P**o mold with the Leche Flan mixture. Arrange in a steamer, steam for 7-10 minutes.
5. Remove from the steamer and let it cool.

๐™‹๐™ช๐™ฉ๐™ค:
1. Combine all dry ingredients. Mix well using a wire whisk.
2. Gradually add the remaining ingredients. Then mix well using a hand mixer or wire whisk.
3. Sift the mixture to remove the lumpy texture.
4. Pour the P**o mixture into the Leche Flan.
5. Arrange in a steamer. Steam for 10 minutes.
6. Place the P**o Flan in a cooling rack. Let it cool.
7. Remove from the mold and transfer the P**o flan in a plate.
8. Serve.

โœ” 6 cups water
โœ” 1 sachet RAM Gulaman (Green)
โœ” ยฝ cup refined sugar
โœ” 1 pack all purpose cream (250g)
โœ” 1 can RAM Condensada 300ml
โœ” 3 pcs ripe avocados
โœ” 45g (1pack) cheese (diced)
โœ” 200 grams mini sago/ tapioca (optional)

๐™‹๐™ง๐™ค๐™˜๐™š๐™™๐™ช๐™ง๐™š:
1. In a large pot, stir & completely dissolve 1 pack of RAM Gulaman into 6 cups of water.
2. Add ยฝ cup of refined sugar and stir constantly. Simmer for 5 minutes or until gelatin is completely dissolved and no granules visible.
3. Transfer mixture into a baking dish and allow to completely cool. Cut into ยฝ inch cubes.
4. Blend 1 ripe avocado mix with 2 tbsp. RAM Condensada. Set aside.
5. Cut the remaining 2 avocados into cubes. Set aside.
6. Mix all purpose cream & remaining RAM Condensada in a mixing bowl.
7. Add the blended avocado, avocado cubes and mini sago/ tapioca. Mix well. Taste according to preferred sweetness.
8. Refrigerate for about 1-2 hours. Serve cold.

Ingredients:
โ€ข 500g cubed mangoes
โ€ข 24oz RAM Nata de Coco, drained
โ€ข 250ml All purpose cream
โ€ข 1can RAM Condensada 300ml
โ€ข ยฝ cup Refined sugar
โ€ข 6 cups water
โ€ข 25g RAM Gulaman clear
Procedures:
1. In a large pot, gradually sprinkle RAM Gulaman powder over 6 cups water while stirring briskly to dissolve.
2. Add ยฝ cup of refined sugar and stir constantly. Simmer for 5 minutes or until gelatin is completely dissolved and no granules visible.
3. Transfer mixture into a baking dish and allow to completely cool. Cut into 1-inch cubes.
4. In a large bowl, combine cubed mangoes, RAM Nata de Coco, gelatin cubes, all purpose cream and RAM Condensada. Gently stir until well combined
5. Refrigerate for about 1-2 hours. Serve cold.

๐Ÿง€ Cheesy Potato Salad ๐Ÿฅ”

Cheesy potato salad filled with chunks of cheese and chewy pieces of bacon is a summer side that is perfect for just about any occasion.

Ingredients:
450g medium size potatoes, peeled
4 pcs hard boiled eggs
1/3 cup RAM Sweet Pickle Relish
1 small onion, chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, diced
1/4 cup diced bacon, partly cooked
Salt and pepper to taste

Procedures:
1. Place potatoes in a pot with water. Bring to a boil, then cook for 15-20 minutes or until tender. Drain and cool completely.
2. In a separate pot, boil the eggs for about 7-8 minutes. Drain and cool completely.
3. Cut potatoes into cubes and place in a large bowl.
4. Peel the eggs and chop the 3 pieces, then slice the remaining eggs.
5. Add the chopped eggs, pickles, onion and cheese to potatoes. Mix mayonnaise, and salt and pepper to taste; stir gently into potato mixture. You can add some carrots and apple. (optional)
6. Top with sliced egg and bacon. Cover and refrigerate before serving.

๐Ÿฐ CUSTARD CAKE RECIPE ๐Ÿฐ

Custard Cake is a Filipino cake made up of chiffon cake topped with creme caramel and brown sugar syrup. A very popular baked item in the Philippines and it is sold in almost all bakeries.

Ingredients:

CARAMEL SYRUP:
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup water

CUSTARD:
6 whole eggs
1 can RAM Condensada 300ml
1 can Evaporated milk 370ml
1 tsp Vanilla

SPONGE CAKE:
4 egg yolks
1/4 cup refined sugar
1/4 cup RAM Vegetable Oil
1/4 cup fresh milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup RAM All Purpose Flour
1 tsp RAM Baking Powder
1/2 tsp RAM Refined Iodized Salt

Egg white mixture
4 egg whites
1 tsp cream of tartar
1/3 cup refined sugar

Procedure:

For Caramel syrup
1. In a pan, place sugar and water. Just swirl and let the sugar melt
2. Cook over medium heat until it becomes brownish yellow in color
3. Pour in 10x3โ€ round pan. Set aside.

For Custard:
1. Combine eggs, condensed milk, evaporated milk and vanilla. Mix until well incorporated. Set aside.

For the sponge cake
1. Preheat oven to 180ยฐC
2. Separate the egg yolk from the egg white.
4. Mix the egg yolk and sugar until light and fluffy.
5. Add vegetable oil, fresh milk and vanilla. Mix well.
6. Sift all purpose flour, baking powder and refined iodized salt directly to the egg mixture until smooth.
7. Using a mixer, whip egg whites with cream of tartar. When itโ€™s foamy, gradually add sugar. Beat until stiff peaks
8. Using spatula, gently fold the egg white mixture to the base mixture until it becomes smooth
9. Pour and sieve custard mixture in a round pan.
10. Then, add the sponge cake batter.
11. Place the cake in a hot water bath.
12. Bake for 50-60 minutes at 180ยฐC or until done. Remove from oven and cool completely.
13. Invert and transfer the custard cake in a round plate.
14. Drizzle caramel syrup on top (optional)
