Ang ating Youth Organization President na si Mr. Chelo Luyas ay nakipag pulong sa ibat ibang Youth Organizations and IMF para sa isinagawang Special Halloween Celebration in the City of Malabon, na idinaos sa Barangay Maysilo, Malabon City.

Kami po sa GPYO ay nag papasalamat sa IMF at sa Kabataang Sanggunian ng Malabon para sa isang matagumpay na event. 💚💛
