I didn’t really want to post this!!!

But maybe this can also serve as awareness, especially for those who don’t know our location, particularly for those visiting us…

For me, even though we’ve been receiving a lot of positive feedback from our customers here on the page and of course, especially from walk-ins and our regular customer here at Concepcion Malabon Market, I still feel the need to share this.

After all, Pedro’s taste can be similar to Juan’s. It may be delicious and hyped for Pedro but not for Juan…

But thank God, through Jay R’s hard work, with 25 years of mastering our Okoy, we can say that it has truly paid off, with overflowing blessings in the form of the wonderful praises we hear from our customers.
We know we’re not perfect yet, and you can be assured that we will continue to improve to meet your expectations.

Pasenxa na po sa pag aantay nyo po kahapon 😅.... Kaya po madalas ina advice po namin sa mga Customer namin lalo na sa mga dadayo na tawagan or mag place na po sila kaagad ng order nila para po dina po kau pumila or mag antay pa po ng matagal... Kasi po ang bilihan po talaga sa amin bukod pa sa mga online Seller namin ay pinaka mababa/konti na po ang 100pcs, kahapon po ang inantay nilang matapos ay 121pcs.... Kaya mag aantay po talaga mga walk in namin, sa mga walk in namin kadalasan na bilihan ng isang tao or isang order ay 10-16 pcs... Kaya kadalasan ay nagpupuno po kami ng display para po hindi kami maagad, kaso talagang hindi po kami makapuno dahil dire diretso po ang bili....

Kaya nagpapa Salamat po kami sa inyong unawa, dahil nag antay po kau kahapon❤️🙏

Simulan po naten ang Araw na ito, Bilang Paalala or Awareness po‼️, lalo na po ngayong magpa-Pasko!
‼️Heto na ung pang Second and Last‼️

Pa tungkol po ito sa amin, at sa aming Customers and Riders… Hindi ko na po sana ito ipo post, dahil ung sa unang scenario ay nanaig sa akin ung Unawain at ipinasa Dios ko na lang July,2024… kaso napangalawahan ngaun lang October, pero nag Overcharged naman xa sa Customer namin…

Unang CS, which is hindi naman ng abono si Rider bukod sa nag abot ako ng DF nyang P200 pesos tapos kinuha pa nya ung P500 pesos sa CS namin, kaya P700 ang natnggap nyang amount na dapat ay P190 lang…
Heto inaamin ko na may pagkakamali ako, dahil hindi kami nagkaibtindihan ng CS dahil panatag naman ako sa mga CS namin na kahit late na sila mag pay thru GCash sa amin is okay lang, pinanghahawakan ko po kasi ang salitang (Tiwala)…
❤️🙏🏻Nag insist ang Customer namin na mag bayad sa akin kahit nakapag pay na xa sa Rider ng P500, pero hindi po ako pumayag, dahil alam ko na may pagkukulang at pagkakamali din po ako… Dahil ung time na un eh, nagka sabay2 ang mga walk in at online order, (answering calls for orders and booking)

Sa Pangalawang CS naman namin, Overcharged ang Rider ng P50,… Siningil nya sa CS ay P232, pero P182 lang dapat ang total payment ng DF nya… ( pero nag update po ako kay CS kung magkano lang ang babayaran nya) pati tracking updated ako sa kanya…

📌Updated po kami sa mga CS namin mula sa kung magkano po ang total ng babayaran nila sa Rider na DF at pati tracking ng rider ay ina update po namin…

Kaya ingat nalang po tau, sana hindi na po ito mangyari sa iba…. Lalo na sa mga lumalaban at nagha hanap buhay ng patas👆🏻🙏🏻

Para po ito sa mga Dumadayo or kami po talaga ang sinadya nyo sa Concepcion Public Market Malabon!!!! most especially po sa mga naka order na po sa amin pero iba ang napick up-an dahil iba ang nautusan, pwede nyo pong busisiin or hanapin muna po ang “Signage po namin na Okoy ni Jay R”‼️📌📌📌

Scenario po ito kanina between sa umorder sa amin (amo) at sa Staff nya, which is dapat eh padadalhan xa ng picture ng Ma’am nya pero sagot ng staff nya eh alam na daw po nya… Maaaring alam po nya ang Location pero baka “hindi nya po alam na hindi lang po kami ang nagtitinda dito sa Concepcion “….
Isa pa po may label po ang papel namin….
