Para po sa kaalaman ng lahat na ang Kaamulan Endurance Adventour ay parte ng Kaamulan Festival na may basbas mula sa ating mahal na Gobernador at koordinasyon sa ibat ibang lokal na pamahalaan. Mahirap po para sa mga nag organisa na ipagpatuloy ang hamon na dala dala ang pangalang Kaamulan Endurance AdvenTour dahil ang event na ito ay parte ng Kaamulan Festival.
Ganon pa man, ipinapangako ng mga nag organisa na magkakaroon ng version 2 and so on pag may Kaamulan festival na.

We extremely hope that you are all safe despite the chaos brought by the virus.

Despite our hopes of making this endurance possible, there's NO sense pursuing our ENDURANCE if it will involve the safety of the riders. We may consider our cities/towns safe after the lockdown, but the risk of getting infected through other places is possible. We highly encourage each rider to keep still and stay as safe as possible inside your home, unless it is very important. Our rides will always have its own time, our Endurance can still pursue next year, or the year after next. It can wait. Your safety and well being is our priority.

We will be sending your FINISHER'S KIT and the allocation for food will used in shipment and other expenses involved herein. Please send us your complete name, mailing address and contact number. Don't post it here unless you want your address to be publicized. For those who want to receive their packagre in groups, provide us the complete mailing address of the point person and the names of riders included. Please note, we still have limited mobility, so the sending of kits will take time. We will start sending your kits on June after the quarantine is lifted here in Malaybalay City. We hope to extend your patience becasue this is not something we wanted nor anticipated.

We are saddened by this situation we are in since everyone involved is looking forward to this challenge, even those who devoted time, effort and talent, work that is not paid, but willingly extended help for the satisfaction of the participants. This is in connection with the President's announcement strictly implementing social distancing to prevent the spread of the virus that will ensure everyon'e safety. We would like to reiterate that this is the same situation we have last time thus coming up with the idea of pursuing the ride without the gathering, but this time it is not plausible. As you may know, gatherings are discouraged and even events abroad are cancelled.

After meeting with the proper authorities, we have decided to "NOT TOTALLY CANCEL" the event, but to MOVE THE DATE of our Endurance, that is IF THE SITUATION will get better. This will ensure everyone's safety.

We are grateful for all who extended their support and understanding of this situation and still spreading good vibes instead of being toxic in the midst of this setback we are experiencing. If only we have a choice to magically makes things simple so that this will not prolong the agony of those who keep complaining, we would. Thank you for understanding that THIS IS BEYOND OUR CONTROL.

Praying for everyone's safety and may we utilize this moment to spend time with our family and other important people in our lives.

REGISTRATION

A. Check-In Registration will be open at exactly 1:00 PM (March 27) and will be closed at 8:00 PM (March 27, 2020)
B. Jump off date and time is March 28, 2020 at 4 am.

STEPS:
1.) Proceed to the registration booth and present the following:
a. Driver’s License
b. Official Receipt of motorcycle registration
2.) After confirming your registration, the marshal will give the rider’s kit
- Riding vest
- Motorcycle/Event sticker
- Event shirt
3.) Proceed to the Bike/Vehicle checking area for motorcycle/vehicle check.
- Headlight High and low
- Signal Lights
- Brake Lights
- Horn
- Chains
- Tires
- Side Mirrors
- Covers

Note: Tires must be in standard size or over size
SLIM profile tires are not allowed

4.) Proceed to the designated parking area where all the bikes are lined up for the send-off.
Note: You can’t remove your motorcycle once you are done with the scrutineering area and once lined-up.

Note: If a participant/s arrives beyond 8:00 PM, she/he will automatically put on the last grid.

SEND-OFF
30 minutes before the send off time, all the participants should already wear their complete riding gears including the Official Rider’s vest. There will be marshals that will check every participant on their respective motorcycle.

*Note: No proper riding gear, No ride.*
-There will be segregation from big bikes to small bikes for safety reason.
-10 minutes before the send off time, all motorcycle should be ON to warm up the engine.

GUIDELINES

1. Each rider must be in complete riding gear ( helmet, padded jacket , kneepads , boots, or any thick shoes that can protect your calf ) .
2. All rider must have valid driver’s license and updated LTO registration.
3. Each rider must follow the prescribed route indicated and is obliged to pass through the indicated checkpoints, QR Code stations and Photo opps.
4. Participants are expected to follow all existing local road laws, rules and regulations.
5. Only riders with proper documentation (sticker from checkpoint, submitted QR code on time, and photo opps) will be declared as FINISHERS. Those who failed to comply will be disqualified. It will be more acceptable to consider a rider who finish the course for more than 36 hours as finisher rather than arriving the finish line on time with missing requirements.
6. A rider should ride only 1 motorcycle and not allowed to replace it in the entire duration of the event. Back rider should stay as company of the rider and is not allowed to replace/ sub in riding the motorcycle.
7. * The auxillary led lights beam should be pointed 20 centimeters downward and up to 10 meters ahead only.
* Auxillary lights should not be placed on any position above the motorcycle’s handlebars.
* Auxillary led lights cannot be used as a replacement for the stock headlights.
8. Certificate will serve as a personal trophy of the rider and not a match of comparison on his/her co participants since ENDURANCE RIDE IS NOT A RACE rather a test of riding skills , Physical Stamina, Navigational Skills and appreciation of the beauty of nature that would lead to our participation in preserving mother nature.
9. All rider / Back Rider are required to read thoroughly the waiver and willfully sign it thereafter. NO SIGNED WAIVER NO RIDE.
10. The organizers, sponsors, staff, volunteers is free and safe from any indemnity, losses, cost, actions, fines, claims, suits, fees, disbursement, liabilities, damages, judgments and expenses including, but not limited to, attorney’s fees and cost incurred in the investigation, defense and settlement of claims .The rider / back rider will held full responsibility of their riding attitude.
11. Any injury, disability, damaged to property, death of animals and persons will be the responsibility/accountability of the Rider. RIDE SAFE – RIDE SMART!
12. The ‘road – worthiness ‘ of motorcycle is the responsibility of the rider.
Roadworthiness or streetworthiness is a property or ability of a car, bus, truck or any kind of automobile to be in a suitable operating condition or meeting acceptable standards for safe driving and transport of people, baggage or cargo in roads or streets, being therefore street-legal.
13. Endurance ride is a course designed for the courageous, experienced, responsible and most elite rider. A rider worthy to be called legends of the road.

Sa mga riders sa tatakbo, paalala lang po na mag maneho lang ayon sa inyong kakayanan/kapasidad.Tandaan nyo po lagi ang tagline ng Kaamulan Endurance Adventour, " RIDE AT YOUR OWN PACE" .Hinde ito karera na kailangan mong makipag unahan sa ibang riders. Dapat i enjoy nyo lang ang byahe. Wala kayong dapat patunayan sa amin dahil sa pag tanggap nyo pa lang sa hamon namin, panalo na po kayong lahat. Gusto naming maging instrumento ang event na ito para magka kilala at maging mag kaibigan ang bawat riders na inyong makakasalamuha.
Paalala lang po para sa lahat ng riders na unang beses na susubok sa ganitong hamon, just enjoy lang at huwag mapusok sa daan. Matuto po tayong magbigayan sa daan at maging magandang huwaran sa ibang riders. Pag makadama ng pagod o antok sa daan, huwag pilitin bagkus magpahinga.
Ang totoong finishline po natin ay ang ating tahanan.

Kaamulan Endurance AdvenTour will take place at Malaybalay City's Kaamulan Folks Arts Theatre (Start point and Finish).
We are so THANKFUL that finally, our event has been approved and supported by the Provicial Governor of Bukidnon.

Guidelines recently posted will be revised at a later time.

Follow rules lang po tayo, and bring lang po our own alcohol or hand sanitizer as requirement.

Mga sir/maam, ginagawa namin ang lahat para matuloy ang event. Kailangan namin ang inyong pag unawa mga sir/maam.🙏
As of now, ginagawan namin ng paraan mga sir dahil pagod at pagsisikap ang pinuhunanan namin para ma buo ang event na ito at 80% na rin ng event vest ang nagawa/natahi na mga sir/maam kaya sinisikap naming matuloy endurance kahit na hinde matutuloy ang kaamulan festival. May naka-usap kami mula sa itaas and maghintay tayo sa decision nila next week. Ayaw din naming hinde ito matuloy kasi marami na ang nakapaghanda at nakapag file ng leave.
