I am a self confessed mushroom lover
I can clearly remember during my younger years. We wake up early in the morning to look for them in the farms along the trees and under the banana files because we know that, what we are looking for is a prized foods and we barely found them because there are many people way ahead of us is doing the same thing.
I finish my college education and find a boring job. Still i hunt for them but i could not find them anymore because of Farm practices. The introduction of pesticides and Herbicides paved the way of omitting the natural means of farm waste degradation and resulted to the elimination of the role of the Fungi.
