Khulet's Pastries and Kakanin

P**o flan Recipe

Ingredients
P**o
2cups flour
1cup white sugar
1tbsp baking powder
1 cup evaporated milk
1/2 water
1tsp vanilla

Maringue
4 white eggs
1/2 tsp cream of tartar or white vinegar

Flan
6 eggyolk
1 can condensed milk
1 Tsp vanilla

Procedure
Mix flour ,sugar and baking powder stir then add milk ,water then haluin then add vanilla mix again..then add the maringue mix dahan dahan wag e over mix .
Then rest for 20 minutes
Cooking:
Mag pakulo ng tubig

Brush ung molder oil or butter ung puwet lng ng molder d lahat pra d lumayas ung p**o😁😁

First layer lagyan ng flan mixture ung molder then steam for 7 minutes..medium fire lang
Then pag tapos na ng 7minutes ..add the p**o mixture steam for 12 minutes..thats all . good luck
