✅ Total Cholesterol - (To check Blood Cholesterol level or Cardiovascular problem)

Nagka-sore eyes na ba lahat? Maging malinis sa katawan para maiwasan ang hawaan.

Hi mga beshies! Take note of these simple tips para makaiwas sa sore eyes:

1. Huwag hahawakan ang mata o talukap ng mata.

2. Maghilamos pa rin sa umaga at gabi para malinis ang mata.

3. Bawal muna mag-beso-beso o makipagkamay sa isang taong may sore eyes.

4. Ang mga gamit na tulad ng tuwalya, unan at salamin ay dapat hugasan din ng maigi.

5. Kapag humawak ang isang may sore eyes sa pintuan, computer o refrigerator, puwedeng manatili roon ang bacteria at makahawa ng iba.

6. Kapag makipagkamay tayo sa taong may sore eyes at mapunas mo sa iyong mata, siguradong magkaka-sore eyes ka na rin.

7. Huwag munang pumasok sa school o magtrabaho sa opisina.

8. Maghugas ng kamay palagi.

9. Gumamit ng 70% alcohol at maglagay sa kamay nang maraming beses sa buong araw.

PAANO GINAGAMOT ANG SORE EYES?

1. Kusang gumagaling ang sore eyes pagkaraan ng 1 o 2 linggo.

2. Puwedeng gamot sa sore eyes ang mga anti-bacterial eye drops sa mga drug stores. May kamahalan lang po.

3. HUWAG patakan ng ihi, calamansi o gatas ng ina. HINDI­ po ito makatutulong at puwedeng makasira ng iyong mata.

Dahil sipon season na naman, huwag po nating sabay inumin ang neozep, bioflu, and decolgen dahil pare-parehas lang po sila ng laman na gamot at gamit😉
